So happy to have found this company. Our compressor went out and I originally was dealing with our home warranty company, but to no avail they couldn’t find anyone to come out. I found Brown Road on Google and because of their great reviews called them up. Preston was awesome, he came right out and diagnosed it. By the end of the week he was able to replace the compressor. Not familiar with what these kinds of repairs cost, but I felt we were charged a reasonable price after doing a little research.
I am mainly impressed with how well he communicated and never left us hanging. All around good local company.

My wife and I recently moved to Hendersonville and needed an AC company to install a mini spilt and IWAVE air purifier to our home. Our handyman recommended Preston from Brown Road Heating and Cooling. He came out and explained every detail about the installation process from the time frame to the cost. I use brown road HVAC for all of my heating and air needs. I have a couple rental properties and Preston and his team are always the first ones I call and the only ones I've needed to call in a long time. Hands down recommend for anything heating and air!

In a time of need this company really came through. Day before Christmas and our heat goes out! Called several companies with out success. Some called back but had too many calls to be able come through. Some called back and offered to come out after other jobs. With Brown Road Heating, Preston listened to my issue and offered advice that could get thing working again. We were able follow the advise and get our unit back up and running. Truly grateful for someone willing to offer a hand in a desperate time of need. With two little boys eagerly awaiting Santa, I guess you could say they saved Christmas. Thank you. Came on time and was able to give us an option we didn't know about with an HVAC unit that was getting close to its expiration.

Update 8/3/22: AC unit was acting up again. We thought we needed a whole new system. He was able to troubleshoot through all the main areas. Found we had good pressure still, and it was not a leak. Which he fixed last visit. So, did some more troubleshooting and found there was a clog in our pipe that pushes all the condensation water to pump out.

It's an old system and I know it does not have a great deal more time, but this gives us breathing room and we will definitely use Brown Road when it's time to replace it. HVAC is like a foreign language to me, and most larger companies that have serviced our system in the area don't make me feel like they are out to help solve the solution. They are just checking off a service call, recommending a new system, and moving onto the next. I did not feel that way at all with Brown Road. Thank you for your great service, it's hard to find.

Preston and his team are amazing! We needed a new HVAC, the system that came with the house was around 18 years old. I got 3 quotes prior to Brown Road Heating and Cooling , but none of them were in my budget. The highest quote was $10k and my house is 720sq ft. I’m so glad to have found Preston. He did amazing work and for a reasonable price! He and his team are responsive, polite, work clean and do a great job. I’d recommend and hire again.

Our family has used many companies here in the Asheville area and don't get me wrong we have some fine companies but none as good as Brown Road Heating And Cooling. Preston came out as soon as we needed him and he was on time. Our unit was repaired quickly and running great. The best part was when he told me the price.
