I chose this company over Champion Experts because of price. Turns out it was less expensive because it's inferior product and service. Lack of returns in the bedrooms is what drove the price down, so go to Champion and see what they can do. I've worked with Champion for over a decade with my other house and have NEVER had a problem. In the end I paid more and have had a problem with both units at least once a year. The owner was a jerk day 1 when I questioned his work quality. Over a year and several visits later he called the police on me when I challenged him for not taking ownership of the still faulty work. Sorry I said the S-word (full admission) but now I fully grasp the term ‘cop out’.
I encourage you to shop around. They may give you the best price but will likely be inferior work. Read other reviews online, I wish I had. There’s significantly more bad than good.

I contracted Service Today for my house due to a recommendation from a commercial client. After several calls they came out to do their rough in. The first few days of January I called to get them to come and set their condensing units. They told me the work was scheduled for the week of January 9th. They told me they had one day of work to be ready for a final inspection. They came out on the week of the 9th but all they did was look around. He said everything looked good but he was just there to get a list of materials. I asked when they would be out to do the work and he said he did not schedule the work and that I needed to call the office. I called the office and they told me they would be here on the 24th to complete the work. To confirm I called on the 23rd and they said they had two techs scheduled for the 24th. One tech showed up on the 24th and he said he was just going to install grills. This is one of the worst companies in terms of honest communication I have ever worked with.
I hope their work is better than scheduling and communication.

Had consult for a work order done by Will. Scheduled the work order after receiving the estimate. Had dumbdumb Maury show up to perform the work. Was clueless and incompetent to perform the work. Had no idea how to move a natural gas line connected to a kiln. Spent over 20 minutes on the computer and talking to other employee and fabricated a fallacy that a permit was required on a fixture that was already installed. Called Service Today and refused to send out the first guy, Will, to perform the work.

Can't say enough good about Will and Service Today! He was out working on my unit the same day I called them and had the problem fixed quickly (and this in the middle of May, which must be a very busy time form them). He didn't try to sell me expensive parts/products or services that I didn't need, and he took the time to explain the readings he was getting from my unit so I would understand what was going on. I will definitely call Service Today again the next time I need HVAC help!

I’ve been using Service Today since they started the business, and have been very happy with them. Maury and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and they have ALWAYS shown up on time. They have taken care of projects large and small for me, from clearing a slow drain to updating my water filtering system to replacing my heat pump. I think their prices are reasonable, although I admit I haven’t bothered to get estimates from other companies for a while now to compare. I am comfortable calling and working with Service Today’s staff, and they have earned my loyalty.

I used ServiceToday about 7 years ago and thought I would, as a previous customer, call for another job. After calling and sharing what I needed done - we schedule a call to go over the roughly 4 different items (new hanging fan, generator connect to new backup panel already installed but not yet connected to generator, new electrical plugs drilled though living room area for sofa end table lighting and hanging of a small chandler over master bath tub). I was told he wanted to come by and make an estimate based on first hand review. At 15 minutes past their expected arrival time - I called their office whereby I was told ... "oh yea, what Maury wants to do is require a $1,000 deposit before he will come out there". I was flabbergasted that I would wait an entire day....only to have to call them....only to be told this way. I DON'T DEAL WITH COMPANIES THAT LACK THE PROFESSIONALISM TO: 1) Advise that they would not be able to make the visit ahead of time, or 2) know their pricing approach prior to booking a quote visit. UUrrrrgggg.

I was very impressed with how they responded immediately to my situation. As a restaurant owner I have to say when a piece of equipment goes down because of a plumbing issue or a gas line issue it is critical to operations to restore it as quickly as possible. I called them at 8o’clock on a Saturday morning and they were there within an hour the repair was completed about 45 minutes later and we didn’t miss a beat. All before we opened for business that day. Thank you for being awesome!!

We were referred to Service Today for AC Repair. I was expecting to have to wait a few days but they came quick, identified the issue and we were up and running in no time. Super affordable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had them replace my HVAC system when I moved into my condo four years ago. I was happy with their price and how quickly they replaced my old system. I’ve been on their service plan for the last three years. They have been consistently responsive when I’ve called. Their customer service is excellent. I could not be happier with Service Today.

We keep our service contract with Service Today because we have found that the customer service is awesome. We just had our unit serviced and Will took great care of us. We have worked with Maury in the past and he is also great. We won't use any other company because Service Today is the best.
