Jeff Daulton AC Systems helped us by doing a fantastic job at our previous home. Jeff and Seth were both very responsive and easy to work with, and the entire crew did a fantastic job throughout the entire process including making sure everything was cleaned up after. They also handled our preventative maintenance calls in a timely fashion. They even handled an emergency service call at our new home. We will definitely be talking to Jeff Daulton AC Systems when we are ready to replace our new homes’ aging HVAC system.

When I built my custom home I worked with Jeff to install an incredibly advanced electric radiant heating system that was efficient. We had installed solar panels to generate enough electricity to net meter power the system. Jeff installed the first such system in NC for us and it was a pleasure working with a company so professional and creative. They internalized the project as if was their own home.

Jeff Daulton AC Systems is an excellent company. This winter (Jan 2019) our heating system shut down in the middle of a very cold night. Jeff, himself, came over and got the system up and running that night. The Daulton staff are excellent service people. In our 20+ year old home, we recently had the duct work replaced; very efficient. Totally cleaned up and left no mess of any sort behind. Thank you!

The hardest thing you might be faced with as a home owner in another state is the replacement / repair of something on your property that you are not readily able to oversee due to distance. When I received news that the HVAC system in my house in Chapel Hill was no longer working I was immediately worried about having it replaced and the level of service I would receive. The original quote received from another company appeared to have a lot of work listed that as a home owner I didn't feel needed to be done. It included replacing a furnace, cutting larger holes in my roof and shingle work. It was extremely expensive. I called Jeff Daulton for a second opinion and found a couple of things that immediately set my mind at ease. Jeff Daulton AC Systems was extremely reasonable, easy to speak with and knowledgeable about not only my system but numerous systems on the market. The technician, Seth, went out to my home and in a timely manner not only provided me with a quote that had "good" "better" and "best" options, but also was able to discuss my other concerns based on the age of the house and system currently installed. Seth was extremely responsive to my follow up inquiries and even provided a recharge of the AC system while they scheduled the work that needed to be done. The recharge alone speaks to the level of professionalism and courtesy Jeff Daulton AC System staff provides. Jeff Daulton AC Systems have been in business for numerous years, they are a local family owned and operated business with levels of customer service I haven't seen often in many businesses. They are extremely considerate, accommodating, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them as a service provider and can truly say I am extremely appreciative of their assistance in my HVAC time of need. I really don't know what I would have done without them. Daulton AC Systems recently replaced our upstairs unit along with new duct work. We cannot say enough about how efficient and thorough they were. They covered all carpeted areas and clean up was excellent. Seth Daulton was our salesman and also did the majority of our installation. He is very polite, professional and answered all questions and concerns along the way. We would highly recommend these folks. You will not be disappointed.

Jeff Daulton & his team are hands down the absolute best! They fixed my upstairs unit, took pictures & videos of what the problem was & what needed to be fixed. I had my ac stop cooling and start leaking water in my basement. Called a few companies to come take a look. They sent out their salesman who told me that the age of my system wasn't worth fixing and quoted me a new system. Then Seth came out to quote me a system but instead took the time to actually check out the problem. After a short time he said they could probably fix it instead of just replacing it. The next morning his crew arrived on time and gave my system a good service and repaired the issues it had. Now my old ac is cold again!! They saved me thousands!!! Seth is a real professional and a very honest person. His guys did a great job and faster than I expected. They are my hvac company from now on. Cant thank them enough!

I unfortunately had to call on Jeff twice in the past 6 months. Once for a furnace issue and just today for AC. As expected, they are pretty busy with the new hot weather. I called this morning hoping we could get someone out in the next couple days. They said they would do their best to get to me today, but did explain they were very busy. Jeff himself ended up coming to take a look very late in the day just so we could get the ball rolling.

He diagnosed the issue, explained/showed me the problem, then showed me the new part and what went wrong. We were up and running in less than 30 minutes, and he was very cordial the whole time.

Not only that, he followed up personally later in the evening making sure all was well. No embellishment needed: this is an awesome local business.

Nobody likes dealing with hvac problems. It can be complicated, and can be pricey if done right. Both my dealings with Jeff's company have been stellar, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him for anything hvac.
