Byrum Heating & A/C

Tom was great! He took his time and diagnosed the problem. You guys were availabole the same day which was really nice because the thermometer began to climb the day after! I will definitely call you again!

On 6/15/2023 I used Byrum Heating and AC for a service call. Andy was the responding technician for an emergency call in the late afternoon. Andy arrived shortly after returning my phone call. Andy was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and have the unit up and running promptly. I use Byrum for annual system tune-ups and have always had prompt and reliable service and communication.

Your service man, Dillon Wright, was on time, very professional, and very polite. He did what he came here to do. He did so in a timely but not rushed manner. I have used Byrum several times before and I was 100% satisfied and have and will continue to use and recommend them for HVAC needs. Tommy Allen

I requested an AC tuneup on April 10 , 2023 but it was 42 degrees when they went out. I thought it had to be over 60 or something...anyway the unit wouldn't run on 5/13 when it got hot outside so I called them back out. I never got a call saying what was wrong, just a bill saying it works fine and I need a replacement. I asked for an explanation but never got one. Up until now I have always been happy with Byrum, having used them several times before.

Byrum sent technicians immediately when heating and cooling units stopped! Repairs went fast because of their knowledge.
And all were fair priced. This is real contrast to other companies that over price and often have poorly trained technicians.

Want to thank Ben and your service manager. We had a 2-year-old Trane unit (installed by Byrum) that was under warranty from the manufacturer. This unit failed. Byrum was able to secure a replacement unit from the manufacturer and installed it on the same day that the manufacturer approved the replacement. We are very grateful that our home can now be cooled again. I will continue to use Byrum and will be calling them soon to service and clean our 2nd unit as well. Thank you for helping my family.

I am posting this review just to make sure that great service (like I received) is acknowledged and does not disappear under the guise of what is “the NEW normal”. . . Companies that provide sub standard services, and then find any excuse to surcharge you. You'll find none of that here!

Had installation issues with previous install. Quality of work was not great. Called Justin Carpenter and he got his guy "H", Husiel Garcia on it for repairs. Quality, top notch work! Awesome customer service! Not the first time I've used Byrum, definitely not the last! Thanks guys!!!

Top quality installation and service. Just purchased my new HVAC from Jason Burnette. Honest, informed salesman.
Tom and Tyler also provided excellent start up service in conjunction with the install team. Excellent routine maintenance over the last decade as well for previous HVAC. Impressed all the way around.
