Used Ricky’s Heating & Air several times for an older unit over the years. Mr. Medlin is polite, professional, answers any questions, always provides advice and solutions that are helpful and has fair pricing. Highly recommend!

As always Ricky was very timely and cost efficient. He is our heating/AC superman. I always know that he will fix whatever is wrong and at as cost efficient as he can. He will not replace, sell or talk anyone into any service that the customer doesn't need. I would recommend Ricky to anyone.

Comes as quickly as he can when your system fails. Called on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm hoping he would get to us on Monday. He came within an hour and at 93 degrees we sure appreciated it.
