Ian was amazing. His knowledge, skill & expertise were top notch! He was very thorough. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in layman's terms. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. Extremely considerate covering his shoes to not track dirt all over. This company was recommended by a friend who has been using them for 20 yrs. I can see why! I will be using them from now on too!!

Customer service over the phone was easy to use to set up an appointment. Techs showed up promptly on schedule, were very courteous and very efficient. I won’t hesitate to use MTB in the future!

Found this company through the Duke Energy site once my heat pump died and they quickly reached out. Met with their consultant and he suggested a solution that others hadn’t (due to the poor design in my townhouse), that would have provided better circulation and fit better with their suggested size unit. Ultimately I didn’t choose to proceed with MTB at this time, but I did appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and support. Seems like a solid choice, especially if you need some modifications.

MTB Mechanical has always been great for me every time they've been to my house for heating/cooling issues. Jeff (technician) came out to my house same day, diagnosed and pinpoint the problem in about 15 min. Then he ran some additional tests to confirm and figure out a resolution. Jeff did a great job and answered all the questions that I was throwing at him. I would recommend MTB mechanical to anyone having heating or cooling issues that needs quick expert service at a fair price.

The maintenance went fine. MTB does call 3 times to confirm appointment as well as text and email…a little overkill. Also, my system is only 2 years old and the dual capacitor is failing already. Not happy with that level of product quality.

He was on time very professional and very patient. We were disappointed because we have a contract with MTB. and it seems that when someone comes out there is always a money problem. The compressor went out and a blockage in the unit. $900.00 worth of repairs this time.The system is only 5 years old. Why so many problems??

The meeting I had with Ken from MTB was fantastic. He was thorough, explained the process and equipment in detail, and discussed what the entire process would look like. Ken was phenomenal to work with.

Just wanted to give some feedback for Manny A. who services the York area. I've had him to my home over the years for service and troubleshooting my system. Manny is always thorough, patient, and answers all of our questions. Last week he took the time to go through the build of my system as if it were a new system as an attempt to troubleshoot an ongoing issue that we're having with our unit. Really nice guy as well, I hope you keep people like him around. Thanks Manny!!

We have been on contract with MTB Mechanical for system maintenance for years. We are continuously impressed by their professionalism and the quality of work. The folks in the office are also very professional, responsive, and friendly. Our technician today was Jimmy, who gave us a call and was 10 minutes early. I appreciated the advice that he left for us to consider. I don’t feel as though we are pushed to make any decisions, but we feel well informed of what we need and what may be upcoming.
