Wade's Heating and Air

Our unit had an issue with the fan motor. Mr. Wade will be *the* only one we will ever call. They are "old school". That means their work ethic is MOST EXCELLENT!!! They talk to you and explain things in easy terms. They have the utmost integrity and respect! I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone! They were more than just "timely", they worked on my unit fast! Their prices are exceptional and their quality is of the best standard. When we, my brother and I, have our house built, this company will be the one who does our hvac work! They are humble, respectful, have integrity and are personable, all in one!

After 20 years I will no longer use Wade's. Twice I called for service on my furnace and twice I was promised that someone would be out. No one ever came nor did they have the common decency to call and let me know that they would not be here. Very disappointed after 20 years of great service.

Wade's has been our trusted service providers for 18 years. We started using them when we bought our first home. They would come a do our annual service. Once our unit gave out, they were great replacing the unit in a timely manner. Their prices were good as well.
Three years ago, we purchased another home. We gave them a call to inspect the units there. They were great! We even had them service our gas logs! Everything we asked for, they delivered. A year ago, one of our 20+ year old heating units died. They were on the spot in not time with a proposal. It was great and we accepted. The unit was replaced in no time. The workers were very careful not to track dirt in the house. They were very kind and mannerly.
Since we have replaced one of the AC units. Works like a charm!
We are planning to call them to make arrangements for the second heating unit replacement. I would not trust anyone else with my business!!!

This company would not come to my home when I needed them. They accused me of owing them money and continued to say they sent bills to my home and said they had to write it off because I never paid them. All lies! I found my receipt, wanted to scan and send to them and they did not want me to send it! I had to tell this company over and over they were making a mistake, but they continued to say I owed them money. If anyone uses this company, you best save all your receipts, or you will definitely be accused! I want everyone to know what I had to go through. An awful experience! Oh and the lady said they do the work and bill you later! Yeah right! Beware.

They have taken care of my heat/AC for over twenty years, and the service has been spectacular. This past winter they came out at 8 p.m. in the dark to fix my heat pump. Strongly recommended!

It's Easter Sunday and AC went out and call Wades and they came out ASAP. Very honest and fair service! You can trust them! Great company! Thanks for the great service!

Never used their service but their truck just almost crashed into me trying to leave McDonald's parking lot. Driver was not paying attention... Or maybe it's the fact that his passenger seat was so full of random equipment that he could barely see out the window..... Either way if he drives the way he works, I'd never use this company.

I used them for three years based upon a recommendation, but after two consecutive cancellations by them for an annual servicing, I won't be using them ever again. I wasted two vacation days because of their unreliable service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
