The guys from Jerry's were fast and punctual. I had my old AC (gas pack) fail after 18 years and the technician came out and offered some good advice and quality explanation as to my AC issue. Being screaming hot outside and inside, I decided to bite the bullet and replace the unit. The initial visit was on July 1st (Friday) and they had my new unit installed by 1PM on July 4th (a rarity to have service on the holiday). Nice guys and very competent, I was impressed with their work ethic and knowledge. The price was reasonable considering the inflated prices we endure these days and the unit works well. They did me a favor and checked over some loose ductwork, repaired it and that's a big deal since my crawl space is tight. I'm a convert from another reputable that is more expensive and can never seem to "work me in". So skip the "Buy-rum" from Marshville and get better service and value from Jerry's. I'm happy I found them.

Follow up: I'm saving so much money on electricity and natural gas that I think my investment in a new gas pack will pay out within two years. I'm amazed, and that's crazy talk from a guy that lives for statistics. This is awesome.

This company came out to install a new bathroom vent and replace the old dryer vent doing the work for Blue Ridge Community Action. I knew I was in trouble when one of the workers brought their young son with him. The kid was in and out the front door and never closed it. He touched items in my house I had brought back from overseas and sat in my easy chair and spun around like a ride at the fair.

The work was done satisfactory but they did a lousy job of clean up. I had to pick up Styrofoam, insulation and wads of gum from my driveway and I don't chew gum. They left pieces of debris at my dryer and in the hallway to my bathroom. I told Blue Ridge Community Action I never want them out to my house again.

I called Jerry's to get some climate control in an enclosed porch so my wife and I and the pups could enjoy it year round. Assessed the structure, presented the options, and had the job done quickly and professionally. They installed a ductless (split) unit that looks great, works great and is super-quiet. With the fall weather we have checked out both the AC function some days and the heat pump some nights.

After careful research, I selected the family-owned business over the big one size fits all companies. I was right. Not only were the guy's a Jerry's Mechanical flexible to my wishes (I wanted Trane), owner Brian and his crew did a custom job installing it (made to measure air-box). Wow! Even the inspector commented on the quality of the install. Best of all, their bid was competitive with the cookie-cutter crowd. So glad I choose them.

Joey was our technician. Super individual and Joey returned superlative service and was undeniably informative about the replacement hardware. We have been using Jerry's Heating, Air, and Plumbing for several years now and they have always been above reproach and very honest and competitively priced. i just want to say thank you to Jerry's Mechanical Heating & Air and their technician Joey. We woke up last Saturday to our AC not working...so I called Jerry's Mechanical and they were at my home within the hour. Joey checked my unit and explained that the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and my AC was working great. Also there were no extra cost for a weekend service call. I highly recommend this company.
