We were in need of a new HVAC unit for our home. Harold was very responsive and provided us with an honest assessment of our unit. He did not try to sell me the most expensive unit on the market but instead recommended good, fair priced unit. I'll be using Harold for all my HVAC needs in the future, including his annual maintenance program.

Harold has been working on our HVAC systems for about 8 years after a large commercial firm did not do well by us. Harold is a throwback, where a handshake is backed up by someone who works tirelessly until your issue is resolved. We had our A/C condenser motor go out on a Sunday, Harold was there Monday, had a motor shipped overnight and now we are working on Tuesday.
Besides being outstanding in his trade, Harold is also just a nice human Being.

I have had Harold from Advantage doing work on our Heating / AC units for a number of years, he does fantastic work. He is prompt, courteous and friendly. We made the mistake of going with Michael and Sons (never again) to install two new units, but after a number of disasters with Michael & Sons maintenance folks, we went back to Harold. Would highly recommend Advantage. Great folks.
