ARS installed a brand new HVAC unit at end of March. It has been repairing for at least 7 times wasted days of our time. As now, June 5, my air conditioner is still waiting for parts. The cover/hood left wide open. The manager Brandon promised us they will replace the cover and install the missing parts. But they never do. Brandon also ignores our call and messages. Till, it has been 6 weeks since we talk to the manager Brandon. Nothing has been done.
Besides, the technician damaged the coil fins while they were "repairing" the brand new unit they just installed, and they are not promising to repair it.
In the contract, they promised to refund and remove the unit within one year if we are not satisfied with their product and service. When I request refund, they just sent a technician, talk to you and promising to repair, which is something they never does.
I heard ARS is a good company for plumbing. However, for HVAC installation and repair, they are not professional based on what they did, such as misconnecting wires during installation which damages the outside unit, failed to repair, ignoring costumers and not being responsible, not following the contract.

We had a rep come out on 6/16 just to check the unit. First red flag was prior to even starting he asked if I had a home warranty, I did. Shortly after he proceeded to tell me that I needed $16K worth of work done to replace the unit. Contacted my home warranty company who refused to work with ARS sent another company to come check it out. Come to find out, there was NO freon. AT ALL. That was the fix. Nothing else was wrong outside of that. My AC unit has been working wonderfully since then. Do not work with this company. Contact anyone else. Not sure if he caused these issues intentionally, but we did not have any cooling issues prior to his arrival.

I saw the tv advertisement. Contacted the business. The technician came checked the system. He found that was in good working order. Technician was well versed in the AC subject matter. He was very informative. Since my unit has not had a problem in six years.

Was scheduled for a window of 12pm-4pm. Dispatched called at 12:15 pm to let me know once the technician was available they would call. No communication about running behind. I called at 3 pm for an update and was told the same thing. Called again at 4:50 pm and told the same thing. They finally called at 7 pm saying they would be on their way “if I still needed them.” I understand if technicians run behind, but communication and updates are necessary. I moved plans around for a specific time window. Respect customers time please.

good work with the install. main compliant was they gave me a window of 9am -11am. despite calling twice the installer showed up 7 hrs late and no one contacted me to say he was on his way. was told when I called twice that the install was still scheduled and I should be hearing from my professional shortly but never did, he just showed up.

Our tech David Phelps was responsive and had great customer service!!!! We were having trouble with our downstairs ac and he did not leave until he knew the system was functioning properly! We have been wowed at the customer service from ARC since having our system installed! They have been amazing!

Was able to schedule a HVAC tuneup at a time that worked for me. The technician was on-time, friendly, and professional. Didn't try to upsell me on services, but kindly described some of the available ones. Was in and out quickly and cost was reasonable.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET MY AC WORKING. The first guy Misdiagnosed and replaced the thermostat. The AC STILL DIDNT WORK THE NEXT DAY. They came back and did something else. The AC STILL didn't work. They came back a 3rd time and said they they would come back with a part. The next day they came back and the AC still didn't work. Finally the 4 the guy diagnosed properly and started that I will be charged nearly $2,000. I have no problem paying the fee but I was requesting the nearly $600 that I already paid for the misdiagnosed work, be put towards my new bill. I have left messages for management for the last week and no one will call me back. So disappointed.

Show up . Nope. They called me to do a tune up $49 I didn't want to do it at first. Should listened to my self. Because I've had issues with their techs before. Either ignorant of not show up or late.
Anyway. I scheduled a time. They called that morning to verify my appointment time.
Before time. They called. Said tech late. Then next time came. 2 hours later. Suppose to be here by 430. No show. No call. At about 830 I got a call that tech can't make it today. We'll. Thanks for calling late.
Stop calling people trying to get extra business when u can't handle what u have.

The first communication I had I told them exactly why I needed the person said they understood and set me up an appointment time for that Thursday evening. I later gotten a call and said we can not come today but we can come Tuesday between 12-4.I said ok I then get a call at 3:30 and said the tech was behind and it will be after 5. I get a cal at 5:50 the tech is in route he is coming from Durham (30 Miles away). When he gets here at 6:30 he has the wrong information and is not here for what I requested. What a wast of my time.
