We lost our AC during the HOTTEST day recorded on Earth (it was only 95 here). Not only did John get out here quick, but he took his time to make sure that everything else with our unit was in order. I cannot thank him and their team enough for the timeliness as well as the great communication knowing each piece along the way so we knew what was going on. Great company by and far!!

Dane and LP helped get the A/C back up and running for our business. They were able to diagnose the issue and immediately repaired the unit. They were very professional and checked back in later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you Carlton Heating & Air!

Best job I’ve had, and plan to stay for a long time. Carlton does great work and creates a second family in the workplace.

I used Carlton Heating and Air for a few years. I had a new unit installed. When installed the guys left to go to Lowes and did not shut my doors - left wide open. Then they did not turn back on the water heater so I was without hot water over the weekend, and every new unit is suppose to be inspected if you live in the City of Raleigh - mine was not. I enforced the inspection by contacting the city inspector. Once my new unit was installed there was a part that had to be replaced due to water sitting in the drain pan and then later there was heavy condensation - which leads to mildew. When they came out to look at the condensation build up the young man, who wanted to open his own business, said not to worry about it and that I could purchase duct tape at Lowes and wrap it myself. I had an inspector come and look at the unit and he said it's obviously in need of insulation and the installers should have done this. John is very rude and as a woman I felt he was condescending.

Misty who answers the phone is amazing. She is quick to answer and contact you. When my unit went out I was given a temporary ac unit. Dane is very kind and professional. Regardless of these positives, the negatives out weigh them. I don't recommend this company. With the amount of money I paid for a new unit I expect quality.

I had my system replaced the beginning of October. The technicians that came out were tonya and misty. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Carlton heating and air to my friends and family!!!!

If I could I would give them NO stars!!! I saw one of their vans almost run some poor girl off the road!!!! On PURPOSE!! All because she let him know the light was green. This guy is crazy please do not let them into your home!!!

12/15/2022: Honestly these folks saved the day after a butchered experience with Mechanical HVAC. These folks at Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning were more than accommodating and truly cared about me as an individual. The work is not quite done yet but I’m very pleased with Jordy & Misty! I’ll be a returning customer in the future after this dumb home warranty policy is up. But if I file another claim I’ll be requesting these folks!

I had heating and air duct work added to my sun-room. Carlton Heating and Air did an awesome job. The guys that came out were polite and professional and they were on time and they charged a fair price for the work that was gone. Can't go wrong with Carlton Heating and Air.

Carlton serviced my aging units before replacing them 2 years ago and my duct work replacement this year. They have done an excellent job providing service when I need them. The staff are responsive and provide me with full details of any issues and recommendation. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I called Carlton Heat and Air because my AC unit stopped working. The ladies at the office were friendly and accommodating. I was so thankful they were able to get me a same day appointment especially since it's been so hot lately. Lucas my technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a fee hours. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!
