We love Johnstone Supply in Garner at Alexander Heating and Air Conditioning. The Garner staff is always so nice and accommodating and go out of their way to make everything right. Always great doing business with them.

Called to inquire about an air return grille, was put on hold ten minutes only for the guy to tell me I need to be licensed HVAC contractor for him to talk to me. I work for a GC who has a Licensed HVAC guy who couldn't be reached at the moment. Guy on the phone was rude, wouldn't give a yes or no as for having the size grille we need and was a waste of time.

Great service the guys are friendly and willing to help. I then using Johnstone for years and I highly highly recommend them. And to the staff at Johnstone thank you guys you're awesome.
