This was the third visit and servicing w fluids and filters used. The technician told me how many hours the generator had been on, and it had been the equivalent of 16 days over 2 years!!! He did a fantastic job and was very professional. Thank you so much!

This company never seizes to amaze me in their professionalism exhibited by its employees. In this case, Donnie Lopez came on time and conducted himself very professional in discharging his duties. Very few companies I know of today have a Quality Control individual to confirm a proper installation and testing my Air Pump to confirm it's operating at its optimum performance. I'm very happy with all the personnel I've worked with company and the product they installed in my home.

I use Thermo Direct for my maintenance of my hvac system. I have been using them for years now, and I plan on using them for many years to come. Whenever I have needed service, they were there either the same day or in the next 24 hrs of my call. They are super responsive and this is something I truly value in a company. The sales representative, Dave, did an excellent job. In that he took the time to explain everything, was professional and answered all of my questions.

In regards to the installation team, Thomas and David, were awesome. They worked non-stop for twelve hours straight to get everything done. It’s only because there was a complete installation and new wire that had to be run, which is why it took so long. They knew what they were doing, were experienced, and professional. I can’t stress enough how everyone I dealt with for Thermo Direct was professional.

Quinten did an outstanding job, Not only did he take time to help me understand where the condensation was coming from but also explained why it was happening. That time he spent investigating the installation allowed me to determine why my last two A/C units have failed. I have been impressed with the professionalism of all the tech's involved in my replacement. Installation tech's, stayed with their job until they figured out the problem with the new unit. They sent Tom into double check their findings and they had another gentleman come in with a new board to replace the failed one and had me going that evening. Now that's what I call Service! I've been in the Automotive and Commercial Truck Industry for over 30 years and that's way we make it Right the First Time! I have already recommended you 2 two of my fellow tech's at my job. My wife is happy and I'm happy as well with the Great Service! I can't thank you enough!

From the first call to the service, Thermo Direct is very very professional! Technicians Brian & Christian did a very good job quick and professional. Thermo Direct was super responsive even though I was a new customer. We didn't expect they would come out the same day. They did listen to what our concerns were & provided thoughtful explanations. Yeah! Today I had a new Daikin Signature Series installed. Caesar and team were prompt, professional and experienced. He introduced the team, and work plan. Answered all my questions. It’s been 25 years since we’ve done this and definitely did our homework and due diligence. A friend referred me to Thermo Direct and the rest is history.
