The guys showed up on time for a residential inspection on three units - no nonsense assessment with data to back up the recommendations. They found the sweet spot of value for me - outlined the options and provided recommendation. Both Bill and Amar did a great job. I’m enjoying a bit more time in the pool vs worrying about failing A /C units.

Yellow Dot serviced our HVAC appliances recently. They sent a total of 4 technicians on 5 separate occasions. One of them was quite rude. One of them could not diagnose the problem at all. One of them left the power shut off switch at the compressor in the "OFF" position when he left. This was during the summer when it was hot. We caught the error, and were able to get our cold air blowing again. The last technician replaced two parts, but the system continued to exhibit the same defect. He then told us that he needed to replace a third part, which would be covered under warranty, but the $2100 labor charge would not. We felt like we were being swindled, so we called a competitor for a second opinion. He ran a full diagnostic, but he also asked several questions, including regarding thermostat settings. He ended up accurately diagnosing the problem. We happily paid his diagnostic fee, realizing that our system was in perfect working order.

Update: I have upgraded my rating to three star from two star. Yellow dots response to my original review was the most professional and outstanding response I’ve read from a business on Google. I commend whoever their media professional is for understanding that their responses are an opportunity to market and advertise their products and services to all Readers of the reviews.

We had Troy come to our house to install Tesla charger. The scheduling was smooth and he was professional, punctual and got the job done in a short period of time with high quality. We would definitely use Troy again for future projects.

Brian W was on time and did an excellent job on my repair. He serviced, too. They will be my first call, next time the AC goes out.

Omar came to the door and was very professional. I could tell he was a little tired but he knew exactly what he was doing. Understood completely that it was a short and completed the job in a timely manner. In fact, if you were asking for a technician from this company to come to your home, I would recommend him as your technician.

Alberto Hernandez came out today to help with our AC issue. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Was even kind enough to talk to me on the phone, as I had to work and my adult son was there to meet him. If he is an example of the quality of service with yellow dot, I am impressed.

I am writing because I can't figure out how to do a contact us on the website But we asked and paid for a leak detection and we were told a leak could not be found, then a sales person came to sell us a new AC unit. We got another opinion and we have pictures of where the leak was. Either the yellow dot didn't do their due diligence in trying to find the leak or they saw the leak and didn't tell us and tried to sell us a new unit anyway. I am writing this review to request a refund before I go to the Better Business Bureau of the fraudulent, misguided tricks you all are doing. I want to be clear I have no issues with purchasing a new AC unit, with knowledge of where the leak was and nothing could be done about it to fix it. I feel like as though Yellow Dots practices are to not even try hard enough to find the issue before determining spending 10K on a new AC Unit. Also after declining purchasing a new unit to give it some more though the sales person said it's all good, I get paid even if you don't buy a unit, and I get to go home to my house that's at 73 degrees.

Yellow Dots whole crew from the office crew, estimate personnel and the install crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They make sure that you are satisfied with their work. They do what they say and back it up. They are quick and on time and leave no mess. I would highly recommend Yellow Dot for your project. I am very pleased with the work they did for me.

Jordan was outstanding he diagnosed the issue very quickly and in less than an hour I was up and running. I was so impressed that I signed up for one year maintenance so Jordan can come in and making sure the AC is working properly. Thanks Jordan and great work.
