I reached out to MSW for a warranty issue I had although I bought my unit originally from another company. Despite this, they were super accommodating in fulfilling a manufacturer's warranty request. The communication was responsive, shipping was incredibly fast, and the whole process was so completely smooth and easy. They were available to answer questions and went out of their way to help solve my issue. I'm a happy customer and will certainly direct all my future purchases to MSW.

Extremely rude young guy at the window had short, black hair and long haired guy named Tyler. First one at the window volunteered to wait on us and complained to Tyler on the phone that it was his lunch time and that we just showed up after we had called earlier in the day and that the window wasn't his job. Had to explain several times the difference between a 3 room cabin and a 3 bedroom house. When explained and told it's self explainatory I was told by him to go outside. While waiting outside Tyler came into the parking lot throwing gravel. He went inside and proceeded to throw the box with copper line in it that we were told to be careful with. 1st boy came out and continued to run his mouth, I got into our truck and he said that I better not get out. I opened the door on the truck and he said that loading is his job. My daddy told him it's all water under the bridge now and he continued to run his mouth and said he didn't have to load it we could do that ourselves and we shouldn't have just showed up. Obviously they don't need customers very badly or they wouldn't complain in front of customers and be so rude. I think he thought his job was to sit and look pretty, which he wasn't good at that either. We will never go back there and warn as many others to beware also

We have had a 2 1/2 Ton , 28,000 BTU for over a year...first of all let me say how LOW our electric bill became after we started using it in the summer! Most importantly, when we turned it on the first time this year, it came right on and worked perfectly! It warms our home ..about 3 rooms to a comfortable temp! We love it!! adjustable temps make this woman happy !! Dealing with Minisplitwarehouse was easy and very pleasant! Superior customer service , product knowledge and a product that works !! I am telling everyone I can about them! Thanks guys!! You made my life easier!!

My wife and I went into the Roxboro location looking to purchase a unit. We were a little apprehensive at first based on a couple of the reviews we had read online. After meeting with the salesperson who assisted us, we can honestly say that we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Not only were the guys extremely nice but they were very knowledgeable on the history of the manufacturers of the units as well as the specifications of each brand. They advised us on which system would be good for us and also gave us some very informative cost saving tips. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service was excellent. Great job guys!!!

Got a great deal on a scratch and dent 3 ton minisplit by going directly to the warehouse. The installer found a leak in one of the Midea head units but the warehouse replaced it without giving me much hassle.

I purchased a 9M and a 12M unit within the last year and am very happy with both units and I have no complaints. They were very helpful and if I need to purchase another Midea heat/a/c unit I will go back to Durham NC and will highly recommend the Mini-split warehouse in Durham NC

The worst customer service EVER. . Website was nice and easy to navigate. . Made or tried to make a purchase for 3300 on 3 24000 BTU air conditioners, used my business partners American Express card and the next day we get a email saying we he needs to send a copy of the front and back of his drivers license and a copy of the card he used. . He and I both take sending that kind of stuff thru open regular email channels not lightly . . Anyways we called the first person we talked to was not able to help so we talked to the owner (Jeremy) and he went thru this whole thing about how we are scammers and he doesn't need my business. .we asked how he would be safe with our info and he said it's safe and I asked what if they get hacked, he had nothing to say. . He's gonna try and convince my friend that he can't get hacked but visa and Sony can?! Bahaha. . So I guess. . This is Mini Split.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. The salesmen made sure I got the correct unit for my needs. I would recommend minisplit wharehouse to anyone that is looking to buy now or looking for information on maybe a future purchase.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH TRYING TO BUY!!!!!! Do not buy anything here if you have other options. It took me almost three days to try and purchase since i was using a different shipping address, and after trying my credit card i ended up using my debit card and they still would not finish the purchase without having me fill out an authorization form, copy of my debit card front and back, copy of my license and wanted to call my bank with three way call to verify who i a was! YOU HAVE to be kidding me. Never before have i gone thru anything like this when trying to purchase and "Andi" in the office kept telling me i get a 3% discount if i pay a different way??? Obviously that is what they prefer. Don't buy here if you have a better option, do not know about the product but enough RED FLAGS trying to purchase i assume there would be more later!
