We needed a new heat pump and air handler for our house. We contacted four different companies to give us a quote. Dean from Gentry was professional, extremely thorough, and we loved his color-coded quote that gave us four different options to choose from. Because of Dean, great reviews of Gentry, the Carrier products they carry, and total professionalism top to bottom we selected Gentry. They kept us in the loop, took care of the paperwork, and installed it about ten days later. Tony and Jay did an incredible job. Clean, friendly, thorough, and professional. They cleaned up perfectly and took ten minutes to go over how to program and work the new thermostat. I am writing this review to help other people. Our 17 year old heat pump was beyond repair and the cost for a new unit is substantial. We would highly recommend Gentry. Could not be more pleased. Thank you Dean, Tony, and Jay!

I recently had Gentry install a heat-pump in my home, and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with the work they did. Bill, Jordan, and Alex, in particular, were fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the job done right.

Bill answered my 10,000 questions, always responding quickly and he was patient and friendly. The installation itself was flawless - everything looks clean, tidy, and professionally done. I was particularly impressed by how careful they were to clean up after themselves and leave my home just as they found it.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services. Thanks again to Bill, Jordan, Alex, and the rest of the team for a job well done!

While I can’t speak for the rest of the company- Marcus was extremely great to work with. He was super professional, empathetic, and just all around helpful from the second he showed up to fix our AC! He’s so knowledgeable about his trade and answered all our questions. I can’t speak highly enough of Marcus and I trust if he’s the one that shows up to help, you’re in good hands!

A worker came to my setting and assessed the appropriateness of installing a mini split. Explanations were clear and he was courteous in answering our questions. The following week a three-person crew consisting of an electrician and two technicians arrived promptly on time. In four hours, the installation was complete. All the crew members were conscientious, courteous, and capable. The lead technician not only explained how to use the remote but had us hold it and make the commands we would be likely to use. No one was rushed. All personnel were professional. I have called on Gentry in the past and will continue to call in them in the future. They are reliable and the equipment they install and service is well-made. I am very pleased with my new mini split.

Gentry recently replaced my 19 year old upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems with Carrier's top of the line variable-speed heat pump systems. The overall experience was excellent and everyone that I dealt with at Gentry exceeded my expectations. I obtained 4 proposals. Gentry provided a very competitive price and Justin was the most knowledgeable and helpful representative with whom I spoke. Tony and his crew (Jay, Alex, Mike and Tim) were here for 5 days and did an excellent job of removing the old systems, running new electrical and refrigerant lines and installing the new equipment. Whenever I asked about doing something a particular way, they cheerfully said yes and usually did better than I had expected. As just one example of many, when they found that the old 240 volt power lines to the upstairs heat strips had been buried underground (without using conduit or underground-rated cable), they installed new lines above ground in conduit -- at no extra charge. They never cut corners in doing the installation. The entire experience was very positive.

Rick at Gentry Services was not only a genuinely kind person, but was also a wonderful technician who was meticulous and efficient. He arrived on schedule, provided useful feedback and input to our HVAC system, and helped to secure a plan for our home going forward. We couldn’t wait to leave this review just because of the unmatched service he offered! Would highly recommend Gentry to others in the area, and will also say that you should ask for Rick in particular to service your home.

We came home to a warm house. Called the 24-Hour service number and received a call back within 15 minutes. Service tech arrived within a reasonable time, diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner while here. Great service, response time and so happy to have our air on! Thanks, Gentry, for amazing service!

What set Gentry above all other companies we’ve worked with is their customer service and professionalism. We appreciated working with Justin and his team. We also really love that their product comes with a service warranty. The installation was quick and easy to schedule. Glad to have worked with them and will continue to do so in the future!

Great service. We purchased a service contract to keep our system in tip top shape. The technician Ty came out. He was awesome, answered all of my questions and was very friendly. He replaced 3 filters, inspected and cleaned our system and made sure it was ready to go for the summer. The price was very reasonable and I can't imagine they even make money off this service. Thanks Gentry for this great value.

Giving a big shout out to Marcus Crump, a terrific tech who really took ownership of our furnace issue. He did the job that was scheduled and then when he realized we needed more done so the system would work properly, he spent the necessary time to fix that problem as well. We've used Gentry for years and they are outstanding, with another shout out to our maintenance tech Rick!
