Hometown Heating and Air

This company is amazing. I realized my central AC was not blowing cold air at 8 am. I called Hometown Heating and Air at 12 pm after calling other companies who couldn't come till the next day. He arrived early and had my AC working by 3 pm. Highly recommended.

My AC went out today, and I tried everything I knew to fix it but it remained 82° in my house, so I called William from Hometown Heating & Air, and he was at my house that night. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement parts on hand to fix it that very night! It was very reasonably priced as well! I would highly recommend William and Hometown Heating & Air to anyone in need of AC repair. They are a great company with excellent service

William was an exceptional gentleman.
Very, knowledgeable and extremely honest when it came to answering questions and explaining possible scenarios. He diligently inspected all the coils, checked all the electrical connections, tested every component, the system pressure and the system cycling to figure out what was wrong.
With thorough approach he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained, in detail, his confident plan of correction.

our ac went out and everywhere we called said days before they could come look at it. We called William and he said he could come that day, he came and fixed it with no problem. Very nice and knowledgeable.

William was very helpful in getting our Furnace back up and running. He came out found the issue got back to me the same day with quotes. William was able to get the parts and have the whole furnace and blower replaced in two days. Very fast service, very knowledgeable and great quality of work. I would highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air for all your HVAC needs.

I called William on a random week day in the middle of the dog day heat. Not only did he come out that day, but we determined my 40 year old unit needed to be replaced and he brought me an indoor ac unit and began working immediately on installing new ducts and the unit. He started on a Friday and worked through the entire weekend to get everything installed and cleaned up. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He will be called for all of my future hvac needs.

Mr William Martin was the ONLY one out of 6 businesses who made us a priority when it was needed. We had a death in the family and many coming in from out of town for the services and celebration of life scheduled for this weekend. He educated me on all things related to the R22 restrictions, took time to come inspect the situation after hours last night and then arrived this morning and worked all day to install a brand new unit (reasonable and fair price) for my 85yr old mother and her family coming in for the services. William had another gentleman (Billy) come in to assist the lift and shift the unit into place. Both gentlemen worked tirelessly in 107 heat index for hours. On top of all of this, William helped assist me with correcting a drip from a hose connection and made sure my mother's place cooled down before he left. I will forever be grateful for this young man coming to our rescue! Hope to see you out at the lake one day soon! You are wonderful young man William!
