The Robbie and Tanner installation was excellent, focus on “getting it right”, beyond expectations. Carrier mini split units are performing as specified no issues, superb value. I’m expecting many years of a comfortable air conditioned home.

I was not given any information at all regarding possible discounts and/or federal tax credits that might be available with the purchase of an upgraded HVAC system. When I asked by email for some info, I had no response from the company. I went to the store several days later to ask why no one answered my emails, and "Chuck" told me he hadn't see my emails. He later went back and reviewed his inbox, and contacted me to apologize. He had, in fact, seen my email inquiry, but thought it had come from another person to whom he had already spoken. After paying the deposit upon acceptance of their installation proposal, I waited for 3 weeks and had no contact from the company. I again went to the store to ask about where things stood with my installation. The young lady at the store told me she thought my equipment had actually been received, and called "Chuck" to ask him to look into the issue. This was on a Friday morning. "Chuck" called me directly later that afternoon and confirmed that my equipment was in their warehouse (I have no idea how long it had been sitting there) and made arrangements with me to schedule the installation for the following Monday morning at 8:30 am. On Monday morning, no one showed up at my property. I waited until 10:00 am, and then called the store to find out what was going on. The lady at the store told me she would contact "Chuck" to find out and call me right back (which she did.) She said she spoke with "Chuck" and he was "very apologetic" as he had completely forgotten about the Monday morning appointment he had scheduled with me. She then confirmed a Tuesday morning appointment time and promised that she would monitor it personally. So I had to rearrange my schedule TWICE to accommodate "Chuck" again dropping the ball (for the third time.) The install crew showed up Tuesday as scheduled, and handled the installation quite professionally and expeditiously. And a final comment ... after forgetting about the appointment he made with me, "Chuck" has never even bothered to contact me directly to apologize. Quite obviously, I'm not very satisfied with the customer service I was given by this company.
Awful communication from Amy who always answers the phone. We had a guy come out to look at our unit and we needed a new one replaced. I called for an update a few days later to be told by Amy she would call me back the next day. I waited a few days and called back and she said the same thing. No call back. After updates for 2 weeks (in the middle of winter) I called a few times and she would say her manager was on the phone or out sick. I was always polite and they lost our business. Terrible customer service.
My mom had called to have someone come out and look at her rental property on Friday. They said no problem we’ll be there at 11:30 and not only did they never show up they never called her and also did not respond to the calls. She called 3 times and not a single call came in. Meanwhile it is 92 degrees in the rental. Very unprofessional.
Feels great to have the furnace working again. They were quick to respond to fix the igniter. I loved working with Amy and Kenney and thank them for their professionalism. They arranged to bring out 2 loaner space heaters to keep us and the house warm while the repairs were underway. We will be a long time customer and highly recommend this company.
