THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE TECHNICIAN!!!! but is a review of the company and its pricing. My tech was great and very informative. However, I had Aspire out in a pinch because my house was 83 degrees and I have a 3 month old. Turns out the fan motor was bad (which i already suspected and noted that when i called)...tech put the quote into the system and it came back at $1100. I said absolutely not and started to do some research on my own. Long story short, $110 later and about 45 minutes of very simple work and I had the motor replaced on my own.

Unless your labor rate is around $1500/hr this is a complete rip off.

Jesse and Rodrigo did a stellar job with maintenance of my system. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and results of system checks. Will definitely be calling Aspire for HVAC needs. Thanks guys! 10s across the board.

From Joshua who scheduled the visit to find out what was wrong with the old system (and explained the member system to us), Will who found the leak in it and quoted a price for repair (and told us about the member program discounts and prices!), John who examined what we had and measured spaces and quoted a new system, Jessica who coordinated the installation, all the way to Cordell, Abel and Ethan who did the install, everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and nice. They were patient with my mother and I as we asked numerous questions, thoroughly explained what was done, how and how it operates. They installed a good quality machine (internal AND external units, replaced an ancient thermostat and drain line and made sure to wear shoe covers and/or put down a drop cloth to keep from tracking in mud. These guys are NOT afraid to get dirty! It was raining the entire time they were installing and they were outside crawling around in the mud to get it done right! Bonus points that the new system works on two circuits where the previous one used one; so they had to do some additional wiring. The concrete slab we had originally was cracked and broken and they even replaced that with a nice new composite one - and removed the dead tree root that was under the old one! Cleaned up absolutely everything and left the instruction manual within reach of the inside unit. Even explained what size filters we will need to buy. VERY satisfied with the experience!

My furnace is down and I’m paying for a bunch of parts on an old system hoping it works but…all money spent is applied to a new system if I do it this month ie. I can try to fix but if that doesn’t work I can replace with no loss. That by itself is enough for me unless they quote me a dumb price which I’ll keep you posted (they seem cheapish)
