Michael was very professional and came promptly with it being after hours. He was very communicative regarding the issues we had and the steps needed to repair. I would definitely recommend him. He was committed to fixing the issue! The prices were a little high but again it was outside normal working hours. So I’m sure that was part of it. If you need a reliable company please call them!

We had been away for nearly a month and our boiler was not working when we returned so no hot water. Aaron (tech) and support folks at Bolton got parts overnighted and got it fixed in time for house guests to arrive and have hot water. First rate operation.

Once I got on the schedule, the service provided was excellent. Aaron was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Since the system has age on it we decided to do some preventive work. I believe he gave us the best price possible.

Michael did a great job of locating the source of a leak under my kitchen sink, and he replaced the faucet. Very professional and polite.

My furnace stopped working, and a low 20's weekend was looming.. I called around and Bolton was the only company that had staff enough to come and look at it. Service person Aaron came and after having to go buy a part, he had my furnace working perfectly. He was professional, courteous and an all around nice guy. Thankful to Aaron and Bolton for getting me out of a bit of a mess. I was so impressed, I now have a maintenance contract with them! Highly recommend.

Michael was very good and did the job wonderfully. I always use Bolton for my plumbing needs and other things around the house.

Richard and his apprentice Michael arrived on time and immediately began working on our plumbing problem that we had previously discussed by phone. Not only did they have the right equipment readily at hand but Richard explained each aspect of the process as he worked. They were both polite and respectful of our property. They were the ultimate ambassadors for their trade and Bolton specifically. This is the fourth time we have had to call Bolton. Each experience has been superb. Brandon was friendly and personable, as always. He checked our system out, and le t us know everything was running well. It’s nice to know our A/C will keep us nice and cool this summer.

Aaron was great. Appreciate the help keeping our 15-y-o system in good working order (which it is). Bolton sent him in a vehicle that was very TALL---I had to help him navigate the beautiful dogwood tree that overhangs our driveway. It allows a normal pickup to pass---hubby drives a Nissan truck---but branches would have been broken by Bolton's oversized rig. Something for Bolton to consider when scheduling service at a residential property!

Called in the morning and within a few hours had a service person here. Ryan was excellent.. professional, patient, thorough and highly qualified. When the standard repair didn't work he contacted the manufacturer to get details on the issue. Using the these details he did was successful and the problem was solved.... and he waived the time spent on hold from my bill. Definitely use Bolton and ask for Ryan.
