Excellent same-day service! Thorough inspection of HVAC. Identified a couple of issues, made the repairs, then tested the differential to make sure everything worked properly. John was our technician and he was very professional. Priced fairly.

I have been a customer and have had a contract for nine years. I have always been satisfied with the company, and they have performed major services, like replacing obe of the large, outside units. The technicians are informed and informative. I had a problem over Labor Day weekend, and the service man was here the same day. He showed me exactly why my air wasn’t going on. He was thorough, helpful, and honest. In addition, my daughter uses them as well and is also happy.

Multiple tech's came out on multiple visits and it was obvious that they were doing everything they could to get us to spend more money when it was not warranted. I asked questions and they did not like that. It was VERY obvious they wanted me to spend more money to capitalize on the commission that they apparently get. A simple leak detection would have found the leak in the coil where leaks occur 95% of the time (I pointed this simple fact out to them). Instead, they insisted they come back and do a nitrogen test which costs 3x more than doing the simple leak test at the coil (of course they never mentioned the cost of the test until it was done). In all, I paid them over $1,000 to tell me what everyone already knew, there was a leak in the coil. They were very quick to quote me for a full system replacement as opposed to walking through other potential options such as a coil repair, alternative coil replacements, etc. which to me supports the fact that they are looking for customers to spend as much as possible with them. I will not be using this company in the future.

I live outside of Louisburg NC. My 23-yr old unit finally bit the dust so I decided I would give the "local" HVAC company a shot. I got a quote from them and I also called John Ray w/SURHVAC. John and I discussed various options and he was totally transparent about everything. I hit him with a lot of questions. I got a super cool Amana 16 seer 3.5 ton system put in for a grand less that the "local" folks and they quoted me a 14 seer cheaper quality system! The two installation guys (Carlos & Ernesto) arrived on time and did a GREAT job. Blake arrived just as they were finishing up the install my new thermostat and start the system up. He checked over EVERYTHING and ran the unit in all functions. All these guys were great! I highly recommend them.

We just moved in our brand new townhome for 2 weeks. I already called in for 2 emergency repair as my AC was dead twice in NC hot weather. It turns out that two major wires were melt from the outside unit. The second time, the technician identified the issue and drove to get the needed parts and fixed it around 8pm, so we can have a livable house to sleep. I truly appreciated it!
