I’ve reviewed Aurora at 5 stars in the past for services provided. The honesty in repairs when they could have replaced expensive parts but instead were able to fix the problem on-site for hundreds less.

Change in management since took a turn. Promises to install the new air conditioner fell through. Called and scheduled an appointment for install, took vacation time to accommodate the schedule but Austin was a no show! Called mid-day for an update and he asked if he could call me right back. Never received that call and he won’t answer my calls or voicemails since. Today it’s over 100* sure would be nice to have the air working 🤷‍♀️🤬

If by chance the situation is corrected I’d be happy to change my rating to reflect the services. So disappointing

They did a great job, installing all of the bathroom components in a newly remodeled bathroom. They were very professional and responsive when I had questions, and were available to work around my schedule. I will hire them again for another project!

Very easy to work with, usually pretty quick to come out, have never had to wait more than a couple hours but usually only about an hour. work is always done fast and lasts, prices are good. They’re my go-to guys.
