Ron came out to give me a quote for new AC Unit. He was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He didn’t bother to look at the unit inside the house to notice it was capable of supporting a 4 Ton unit. My old ac unit was 3.5 tons which is perfect for the square footage of our home

The quote I received days later was for a 3 ton unit which would not adequately cool our home.

Overall I think Ron is nice person but pricey mistakes were made. The other two estimates I received were on point and owners spent time looking at ac unit, inside unit, duct work, etc as all this comes into play when cooling a house and being comfortable. Needless to say I got another 3.5 ton unit installed.

Ron was our Serviceman. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived an hour before he even thought he could which was so appreciated since we was without air conditioning. Only fixed what was needed and did not try to over sell anything. We was extremely satisfied and we will only use them in the future. Ron thank you

Had a repair that was needed on my HVAC. I was extremely impressed with Ron’s knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern. He came out on a Sunday, was prompt and fully explained everything so I was able to fully understand. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend Ron to anyone.

Conman and a thief! He came out the next day so not an emergency call. No quote or heads up, he changed a $17 part, and was gone in about 10 min. Then he changed $300!!! Outrageous!!! Worse part a month later more issues.. definitely not calling him back! Good luck you have been warned
