Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Cleveland

I had my new Hot Water Tank installed by Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Cooling. My technician Jim did an excellent job is installing my new equipment. They quickly removed the old unit and replaced with my new highly efficient unit. They were extremely courteous and professional and did an excellent job of explaining the work to me. They cleaned up the work area and did an all around amazing job. I would highly recommend Mitchell's.

Jake the technician was respectful of my house, polite and explained everything as he went along. Very nice guy! The company was very responsive and I was able to get a very quick appointment to get my AC fixed. My second time using Mitchell's, and I'm satisfied. I'm not sure how the pricing stacks up to others, but it seems reasonable to me. I will definitely recommend to others!

Although we didn't get good news, Sully explained everything and was extremely professional and personable. He even took the time to "explain" to my 2 year old what he was doing. My family has used them in the past and now I know why. I was given a 2 hour window of when they would arrive. They showed up right at the early time they gave me! Highly reccomend

I have been without a working AC unit for a few weeks now. I decided to call Mitchell's as I have used them last year and the tech Robert that was sent out went above and beyond his job. Which working in customer service forever can appreciate the extra care and attention to details from him. I will definitely use them in the future. They were pretty reasonably priced. I just wish my coolant wasn't so difficult to get but that is no fault of the company.

Mark R came out to my home and looked at what I needed and explained everything and gave me my options. He answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate. I chose Mitchell's to do the work and they were here the following week. Xavier and Robert M- I believe- showed up on time and completed the job in a professional manner and were very respectful of my home. They answered all my questions and were very efficient, professional and courteous. I would recommend Mitchells for all your heating and AC needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Robert was great! Him and Xavier I believe was his name, were so cool and so nice. Great with my dogs and kept me updated as to how the process was going. They were both very respectful of my home and items in my home when needing to move things around. They got done right on time for me to get my children from school, as promised. Another tech showed up later in the day to assist them and he was awesome too. All 3 were super and I highly recommend them for any and all heating and cooling needs. My sales rep was Marc and he was great too. He really explained all of my options in great detail and how I could save the most money, and what was the best option for my sons asthma when it came the the ducts. Just a wonderful group of people!

I’ve had this company take care of my entire HVAC System, and keep up on the maintenance of my home system. If I could suggest Matt, and Robert to do the same for you, I most certainly would. Those two guys know what they’re doing.

Very informative, easy to work with.instslled a new furnace and air conditioning unit in a very quick and clean manner. Can not recommend any higher than Mitchell's one hour. Will use again and tell my family and friends about the great service.

Tyler and Matt did an excellent job of replacing our furnace as well as adding a humidifier. It was a big job that took all day but they were very professional, experienced, skilled and pleasant to work with. There were a number of complexities they encountered to fit it into an existing tight space including an air conditioning unit and two air filters they were able to resolve due to their knowledge and experience.

Ryan is a very nice person. Good manners and likes his job. Explained everything he was going to do. Would be more than happy to have him return if needed.
