I moved into a new house and the AC went out and it hot! I called in the am, and Kyle came out within an hour. We reviewed the unit and we determined a new unit would be the best path forward. He was gonna try to have it done before noon the next day! Which I thought was amazing! THEN he called after he left and said he’d come back and get it done in the next hour!!
I could not believe the service! My family was very happy to not have another hot night. The price of the unit was totally reasonable, and the cold air is flowing again.
I would definitely recommend Same Day and I will be having them come out for our Maintenence needs.
What can I say about Same Day Service Heating and Cooling, that they are Heaven Sent! Today is Christmas Eve and the first blizzard of the year. It feels like -30 degrees outside and these wonderful people took the time out of their weekend and Holiday to assist me. I have two small children and when we walked our home outside felt warmer outside than in our home. I literally have been crying all day trying to figure out why my new HVAC system failed the day before Christmas. My children were freezing and crying as well due to them being so cold, we literally couldn’t feel out toes, fingers, or faces. Due to it being the weekend and a holiday, no one would answer my calls and I have no idea who to call and what to do. Lucky I called this company and they came out “same day” within the hour of me calling them. When they got here they fixed the issue within 5 minutes no lie. I am so grateful, because I was in tears all day. I wish I could give them a million stars. I really needed them today and they came through. I definitely recommend this company. Awesome people for sure and professional.
I needed to get the lines purged/charged after installing a mini split. Kyle arrived promptly, did a great job, and I was charged a very fair price. Will absolutely use again in the future.
Stay away! Go to somebody who really is going to care about you and the services you need. The employees, Bernie, hope you don't get him, tell you things and then do not follow through with it. When you complain to the owner, Kyle, he will tell you they'll take care of it within a few weeks and that was a lie also. I got AC, furnace and water heater at the end of July all new and they were here for at least the following 6 weeks afterwards fixing the furnace. They tell you things and they don't follow through with them. They were supposed to change my air filter intake back in August and it's now the end of November and it's still not done. But it's funny that Bernie had to order it along with other people's so where is it? Why do people have to wait months to get the job completed or done the right way to keep it from leaking. Not to keep putting tape on the pipes. And I do have all the text messages for proof. Very bad company letting your employees tell customers stuff and not do it. You need better employees and better customer service.

Furnace went out at 5 AM this morning. With the snow storm and low temperatures I knew I was in a bind. Called multiple places with no luck or booked until next week. My parents are elderly and I help take care of them so it was urgent. Kyle came out, told us straight up what was wrong and within a few hours his crew came and installed a whole new furnace. The name is no joke! Very satisfied with their punctuality and communication. Will begin using this company for future maintenance. Thanks again!
I called the morning of Memorial Day at 8:30 AM to have someone out to check on my unresponsive AC unit. By 10:00 the same morning my Air was back to cooler than before it went out and I’m very pleased with the service and quick response I received. Will be a returning customer and also recommend for future use. Thank you
Service time for them to come replace furnace was a relatively quick; however once replaced they wouldn't remove old unit and left a mess in the basement.
Initially said it would be a $99 service fee. Once here said they couldnt repair but need to replace and the $99 would not go towards a new one and install!!!!!!
Now as far as the work...the new unit did not lone up correctly to the duct work valves so there was a gap. The aluminum they put around the unit was not enough and left a huge gap. When I called them they said the unit is fine but would come back to fix. Having a gap anywhere in a furnace is NOT fine. That took another 3 weeks of exposed flames from the furnace.
Fast forward to 3 months later when its time to turn on air. Had to pay to get unit serviced. Come to find out they did not hook the wires back up properly. Costing me additional money.
Quick time to when they come to replace unit is never quick, but costly.
Very fast response time. Someone was at my house within an hour of calling on a Sunday. Kyle and Jamie were able to quickly diagnose the problem, clearly explain it to me and and then fix it. Will be using them again for all future HVAC needs.
We were lucky to be able to get someone out today. I was sad to learn we needed a new furnace, but the price was good and the technician, Kyle, got it installed lickety split! As I sit here with my new furnace warming my home, I think I'd definitely recommend this company.
