The technician Jaden Hall was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have used M and R for years. One winter my furnace broke and it was very cold outside and the company was overwhelmed with clients at the time and to my shock and surprise they brought electric heaters to my home until they could get to my house to make the repairs. Awesome customer service!!!

We have had M&R for 43 years for our heating and plumbing needs. Have always done an excellent job at a fair price. Recently had a fire and the contractors plumber didn't check and fix things like he should have. Called M&R and they came right out not once but 3 times. Also impressed with Community Appliance that shares the building. Very good and honest service!

We were working to get updates done to sell a house in Ohio while we live in Illinois. M&R responded quickly and got the job done without hesitation for a fair price. I would highly recommend this organization as they are professional and very responsive to your needs.

They said they charge $65 an hour so that's what you expect.Since they sent two guys out to do the job they charged $65 x 2.Never told me that,should tell the customer that.Not real honest about it.Small job to change an outside spigot on the side of the house. Wracked up a high $150 labor bill plus parts in nothing flat just cause they sent two guys out.A 1 hour job cost over two hours of labor.Seemed like a ripoff.$65 an hour should be $65 for the hour.

I will never go here again, I had heard bad things about them locally but gave them a shot. They sold us a broken part and then fought to give us our money back. The lady up front was ungodly rude and the owner was no better. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will not again that’s for sure.

Almost every appliance, every pipe, water heater, furnace service, sinks, toilets has been repaired by, purchased from, or installed by M&R Plumbing & Heating...will call them for any trouble for our home. ...prompt, reasonable and like family

Great plumbing shop. Has most hard to find items and has a limited but decent selection of appliances. They do service calls and are fairly reasonable.

I was so impressed with this company! The gentleman they senter out was very professional. He explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend this company!
