I tell ya, this company isn't even worth one star! From the owner and his son to the ladies in the office...they are all down right awful! As far as employees go, I know they have had some good ones. The sad thing is that never lasts to long because they run them off with there lack of management and leadership skills! Shorting pay checks, changing hours on time sheets to the owner and his son degrading staff nonstop! Jeff (owners son) calls staff retarded among other names... and follows that by making fun of staff to the entire company. They are just down right awful human beings and I wouldn't give them a penny of my money and no one else should either. Trust me, the money doesn't go to the employees that do the work because the ladies in the office change time sheets and dock hours as they see fit without saying a word! The money goes on extravagant vacations for Carl and his wife!

I am a commercial property manager by profession for over 20 years. I have used CHC for all my central Ohio commercial property work for years. Carl is not only knowledgeable but responsive. The quality of work from his shop is superior.

Carl spends a lot of time and money investing in technical training for his team. Many technicians currently in the trade in central Ohio have benefited from Carl's expertise and development during their tenure at CHC. Arguably, many of them are successful because of their experience while working at CHC.

I recently contracted with CHC for a residential system replacement and distribution alterations. Carl's crew did a very professional installation and timely completion of the job. The system performs great and what an improvement!

I would recommend CHC hands down to anyone in need of commercial or residential service.

I'd leave half a star if possible. Worst way to run a business ever. Been to our house 7 times in 5 years trying to fix our ac and they just kept putting band-aid on it till it got past there warranty. Made it 1 summer and now they are saying they will fix it but we will have to pay for labor... run... use a REAL hvac company. The owner, carl, lied to my wife 2 months ago..

We have used them for years and never had a problem we would call in a replacement and they say they will be here they are here I do recommend them

I can personally say for my entire life of personally knowing Carl and Jeff and the entire chc crew and staff that they have always been professional towards me and everyone I've seen. I'm not just a employee there I'm also family there.

Had a problem with the AC and they came right out and took care of it before the the day heated up.

Fixed my system with no problems or hassels.
