The team at Air Plus is amazing! I had to replace my aging AC unit before it was too late. Bruce and Rob know their products and were very helpful in going over the benefits and considerations between the "good" and "better" options. I was able to shop around and the price was very reasonable for the task at hand- especially since a crane was needed for this job. Kudos to the crane operator who navigated various downtown obstacles with ease.

Bill, David and Sam came in the morning and got working right away. They are pros at installing the AC and treated the task at hand as if they would be installing their own unit. The new AC was running in the afternoon.

My old Carrier system which was close to two decades old went down. I wanted to replace it with another dependable as well as simple Carrier model. I live in the condo building which requires complex roof installation and crane service. I send request to Air Plus and Bruce the sales guy reached out to me on Sunday evening and came out that very Monday morning. I told Bruce exactly what I wanted in the system "simple, dependable and good manufacturing quality". Bruce provided me excellent pricing and two options. Unlike other companies I spoke with, he did not try to upsell me on items that I did not need. Simply gave customer exactly what was needed and checked stocked/crane availability for me very same day. I had new system up and running in less than 48 hours. On the day of install guys called me to give me ETA update/arrived on time. Install crew Tony, Sam and Dave worked all day and took their time to explain system to me. That very evening I had tech question about system and Bruce actually insisted that one of the guys on call stops over vs waiting till next day. Overall great experience and good to know this local company.

Bruce referred me to Air-Plus for a 2nd opinion on our A/C needs and Rick took care of our A/C tune-up today. Rick was on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He performed maintenance and cleaning for the system, acknowledged some potential concerns to be aware of for future needs, and made recommendations on more immediate concerns which he took care of the same day. I went ahead and signed up for the Air Plus Perks Program as I will definitely be using Air-Plus going forward. Thanks!

We've had regularly scheduled tune-ups with Air-Plus for the past two years. The technicians are always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. On a most recent visit to repair a furnace part, Coleman was very professional and helpful. He was efficient at repairing the furnace, yet patient with my many questions. Top notch customer service skills! We will definitely continue using Air-Plus!

Alex Thoms came to check my air conditioner for the season. He was great--friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Air Plus is a great company, fair pricing and we would recommend to everyone. We totally trust them.

Had problem with air conditioner Sunday morning. Called for service and Alex came out 40 minutes from our call. He is amazing! He found the problem right away and solved it. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. The way he took care of the problem just reassured us that Air Plus employs the best. On Sunday afternoon our A/C quit blowing cold air and the temperature inside started climbing. We reached out to Air-Plus with hopes for an urgent appointment and they were able to accommodate us within 30 minutes! Rick showed up and reviewed the system and determined that the condenser was fine, but our capacitor needed to be replaced. He had the necessary parts and was able to make a quick repair and have us up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional and took time to answer our questions. Five stars to Air-Plus and five stars to Rick!

I called Air-Plus to get a quote for a new A/C unit based off of a diagnostic from another company. Bruce came out the next morning and noticed the unit was trying to start. He checked the capacitor and found that it was bad. Instead of quoting us a new AC that was only 6 years old he recommended a new capacitor. He went to his truck came back and had the unit was up and running in no time. I will never call another HVAC company again. There still are honest companies in Cincinnati.
