Phil, was terrible had terrible attitude, very impatient, took a loose thermostat left wire twisted with no date on returning, I would never recommend this Guy to anyone.but Home serve took good care of us sent us out a excellent company Geisel Heating and cooling great company. Highly recommend.

This "company", represented by an unprofessional greaseball named "Phil", attempted to con us out of $10K in all new equipment because he was too lazy and greed-driven to check for a basic ailment, which is a refrigerant leak. He receives and conducts calls from his kitchen table while conversing with other residents in his home, and greets customers as "the air conditioning repair". Do not attempt to use this outfit for anything as they are a typical scumbag operation with one thing in mind- SALES.

Called Gordon's Heating & Cooling to investigate water leaking from AC. He discovered that the AC had been leaking refrigerant and "topped it off" without finding where it was leaking - said that would be very difficult to find the leak, so this was a way to keep it working for longer (we didn't know "longer" only meant a couple of months and we paid for the extra Freon. No surprise, a little less than 3 months later, a different HVAC company found our coils were frozen solid and we were significantly leaking freon to the point of needing to replace the entire unit. Little did we know, we should have never paid to add more freon to a machine without addressing where it was leaking from. When we called Gordon's to say it was still leaking water days later, he didn't come back out to check. Glad to be using another more professional company that really tries to solve your issue, not just patch it. Please note, freon production is banned in the USA per the EPA and they are phasing it out - it costs A LOT now to get it put back in the AC. No one should be adding it unless the leak is patched.

I highly recommend this company phil came here on Thursday he checked everything it was a bad motor.Phil called me back Saturday he came and put the new motor in and it is working great he said no one else would of done this because my unit was at least 35 years old but he did this for me he is a wonderful person so kind and honest and he did a amazing job 5 stars I would give 10 if you could Thank You for your dedication.your awesome Phil God Bless you sweetheart

DO NOT USE, spend your money elsewhere. Phil Rosenberg works for this place, and came out to look at a relative's furnace. Phil told her that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide, was cracks in the parts where the flame came out, and had to be replaced and it could no longer be used. He said he would do it for $3000.00. He then slapped a sticker on it. He left, she didn't believe him and had another licensed person come out and look at it. The other guy looked at it and said it only needed a $70.00 part. He got the part out of his truck, hooked it up and turned on the furnace. It worked fine. She then asked him to see if there were any cracks, he said no. She then asked if there was any carbon monoxide leaking, he used a carbon monoxide detector, tested it, and said there no.
Full disclosure, she didn't let the second guy know about Phil Rosenburg's visit, since she wanted an unbiased opinion from a professional.
I think its deplorable that companies like this operate in this manner. They are extorting money from people through fear. Imagine if your mother or grandmother was paid a visit from this company. I'm doing everything I can to make sure he doesn't take advantage of anyone else. I'm letting Dominion know (they contract these untrustworthy people), the BBB, and anything else I can to stop them from this.

Waited 2 days for an appointment then was told I was out of the service area. I have 6 kids it is 90 degrees out with no air conditioning for days to call him after 2 days to be told sorry not coming. Ridiculous
