Survoy's Superior Services

I am the Director of Maintenance at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens and we have used Survoys for the 9 years I’ve been here and I have to say, they’re easily the most responsive, and easy to work with contractors we use. I don’t do a lot of Google reviews but I can’t say enough good things about this company. A lot of times when I call them to service one of our coolers or refrigerators they’re out here within an hour or two. Their employees are always super respectful, professional and very good at what they do. A lot of the contractors we use now a days have call centers and are very hard to pin down on when they’ll be out and their quality of service seems to be all over the place, but not Survoys. The quality and timelines of their work is alway fantastic. Like I said, I don’t do a lot of google reviews but when a company like Survoys stands out to me, they deserve a good review and they certainly deserve it. Thank you Survoys for always being so reliable for us.

Called in and had them come out to service our walkin cooler. They came out right away, which was great. Asked how much it would cost before he started the technician said $375. After he fixed it he told us that the total is $550. We paid the invoice. Called their customer service and she basically said she couldn't do anything and that was it. Would not recommend anyone to use this company.

This company was called September 23 and I set up appointment for Tuesday September 26 I was told 10am needless to say i called them at 10:30 they said that they don't did appointment times they would call me 1/2 hour before then 5pm rolls around and i call again they tell me that they had lots of emergency calls they would get to me Wednesday September 27 and they would call me in the morning which needless to say they didn't so i called them and was told oh we are not taking in any new customers at this time REALLY you couldn't have told me this before!! so I've been without a cooler now for 5 days and must find another repair company. Not a reliable company

Absolutely horrible service cant get reply back from owners after calling several times . They did a service call with ac unit disconnected my furnance over summer while doin ac unit . Never fixed ..called them back to install termistate wire that they sniped n never replaced. While doin so they tell me my board is bad to make up for ther time they take week to get board . Which was caused by them .They charged me hrs of labor to fixed board which they was not there for time I have cameras lil do they know . Never will I use the service again .. way over priced company I will be calling news to further this story

I’m giving 1 star because i had no option to give 0. They come and look at the ice machine for 1 hr without doing nothing. He starts to cleaning it when he has to fix it. The ice machine didn't work and we had to call them again. They are not a good company to work with. Don't call them they are the worst.

I had Survoy's come out to service my walk in cooler. Called for service, they were out in an hour, found problem and resolved quickly. Technician was very professional and curtious. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend highly.

I have had Dan from Survoy's do my ice machines at my company for years. I trust him and request him by name. I even had him work on my home heat pump and he gave me a honest assessment. I won't use anyone else.

called them because True manufacturing company tell to call them because they service true product. Very bad customer service. the receptionist say they don't take any new client until the next couple weeks. i told her so what should i do at this point, instead told me to schedule for something next couple weeks or call someone else.she is laughing at me while I'm on the phone.

They came out a d fixed my prep cooler within 24 hours they were fast and reasonble.
