Qwest Comfort

We had to have a new heat pump and air handler installed. After receiving multiple quotes, we decide to go with Qwest Comfort and are so glad we did! Nate and his crew (Cole, Husni and Matt) did a fantastic job! They were very professional, explained all the processes and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Complete furnace replacement. 2 stage furnace, air filter, humidifier. After receiving multiple quotes from all the contractors in area this was the most economical in comparison for the same unit. They spoke with our home warranty company to get some money for part failure of our existing furnace. Saved me multiple phone calls.

Very high quality work. Custom sheet metal fab was needed to fit existing Air Conditioning Unit, it was measured and executed perfectly. Very neat and high quality installation.

Qwest also fixed some outdoor plumbing issues we had with garage water lines. This was a difficult task and they got the repairs done. They did a great job and are very professional. We are very happy with their work.

Contacted Qwest Comfort and established a convenient time for heating system repair. Nate Caswell arrived early; ran a diagnostic test; assessed the situation; and in a short period of time, the heating system was repaired. The heating system is 19 years old. Nate repaired the heating system, and answered my questions about replacement. Not needed, and new thermostats not needed. Nate was honest and sincere. Total cost $158, and the heating system had not been serviced for 8 years. Nate worked efficiently, and explained the heating system since we were not the original owners. Nate was courteous, professional, and very helpful. I give Qwest Comfort a 5 STAR PLUS rating. I would highly recommend Qwest Comfort. The staff was also very helpful and guaranteed a service repairman would handle the heating system repair quickly and efficiently. Qwest Comfort will now handle the yearly maintenance of the heating system. THANK YOU.

Nate came out to look at our 50 year old church building, made a recommendation for a new HVAC system, was low bidder, showed up on time to do the job, finished in 3 days, cleaned up afterward, taught us how to use it, and it works really well. Nate is personal, friendly, knowledgeable, and has integrity. Fantastic job.
