Mike Perry has serviced our heating needs, replaced two air conditioner units over a period of fifteen years and most recently installed a power vent water heater at our residence. A very conscientious, knowledgeable, professional looking out for his customers benefit in all areas of cost, service, repair and installation.

My unit is 6 months old and has such a bad leak that it has no Freon left. When I contacted him to come and look, before he even came out he was making excuses to make it our fault. After he came out, he said that the line set on our unit was bad. Which should have been replaced when the unit was installed per every single other heating and cooling business that I have spoke with. When I asked him if he would replace it, he said yes but I’ll charge you for it. I explained the above to him and he said well they only told you that because they want your money. Which one of the people that told me that is a family member that owns their own heating and cooling business. He isn’t standing behind his work or willing to fix his mistake at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

Furnace went out, they were able to come out the day of. Gave a free estimate, got the parts that were needed and fixed on the spot. Fair prices and great service. Will definitely use again (hopefully won’t have to anytime soon). If you’re on the fence, give them a try anyways.

Professional Heating & Cooling was able to come and fix the problem we had with our air conditioner within an hour of calling them on a Sunday! Needless to say, super fast service and they were super nice, professional and out of here within about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Professional Heating & Cooling to anyone else having problems with their HVAC units.

Did not fix original issue. Declined to come back to take a second look (though he agreed after multiple requests). Then he installed a new thermostate that did not fix the problem either. He used the excuse that he cannot work in tight places (he still cashed the two checks over $500).
I will never do business with them again

Mike is a great guy and a very hard worker. He does quality work and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Was not able to repair the problem I called him for and he refused to come back to look at it again. Will not use his services again.
