I could not be more pleased with Custom Air, throughout the entire process. The consultation with Chris was easy; I didn't feel pressured at all and he proposed a system that I specifically requested (variable speed 96 AFUE/16 SEER). The price was better than those I received from other HVAC companies who recommended inferior equipment, and by hundreds of dollars. This was a massive relief as I'd been dealing with high-pressure salesmen from other HVAC companies, which was causing a lot of anxiety and stress. I was honestly considering going without air conditioning, but I knew that prices wouldn't be going down between now and next year. Dealing with Chris didn't even feel like a "sale"; it felt more like having a trusted friend talk me through a difficult situation. He made me feel comfortable and instilled an even greater amount of trust that I would be treated fairly. The moment I saw the proposal Chris had created, I knew that it was the right deal for my family and I. As soon as I sent back the signed contract, it was like having a boulder lifted off of my shoulders. Scheduling was easy and on my timetable- nothing was forced upon me, it was all about what was best for us.

Mike and Spencer, our technicians, arrived on time and the service was impeccable. While our home is modest, they treated it like it was the most expensive mansion they've ever serviced. They asked good questions, talked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with their plan. I felt fully informed, respected, and empowered. They were kind and patient with my tiny but barky dogs, sharing anecdotes and laughs about their pets also. They worked fast- our system was installed in just about 5 hours after they arrived, and they left my home in better condition than it was when they arrived. I have a bad habit of keeping clean laundry on a horizontal pole in my basement. It was hanging from denim "ropes" (installed by the previous owner) and one of the ropes broke while they were installing the new PVC piping. Not only did they pick up and tidy the clothes- which I wouldn't have expected since it wasn't their fault that things fell- they also installed new J-hooks to better hold and stabilize the clothes rack! I didn't even have to ask, but they did confirm that I was ok with them installing the J-hooks. Upon completing the installation, they walked me through the work they completed, talked me through the maintenance and (very fair) warranty, and helped me set up my thermostat. Honestly amazing people, and I appreciate them greatly.

I felt heard, respected, and was treated with kindness throughout this entire process. Custom Air carries a reputation for being expensive, but I think that is because they do such amazing work. They were actually *less expensive* than the competition, and I got a brand new ENERGY STAR certified furnace and air conditioner for less than the other companies quoted me for 80 AFUE / 13 SEER equipment. I cannot recommend giving Custom Air a chance to earn your strongly enough- I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as I am.

Was able to call Custom Air for a quote and they had someone out the next day. Salesman was very thorough in assessing our needs. They were able to install early the next week, while one of the other places we called were 2 weeks out. The installers were pleasant and worked quickly and cleanly. Will absolutely use for future HVAC needs.

Our company, Core Construction Group, is a commercial General Contractor, and Custom Air has been our one and only go-to HVAC vendor for well over 30 years. We would never consider using anyone else. They have always, with no exceptions, provided our company and our customers with the best possible service. The employees are all highly skilled, dedicated, friendly, and honest. We would recommend using Custom Air to any individual or business for their HVAC projects.

Custom Air installed a new A/C and furnace for my home 3 years ago. On July 4th this year, the A/C stopped working. The repair was a simple capacitor replacement. The part, which is generally a low cost item, was covered under warranty. However, I was still charged $179 in labor for a 15-minute job AND a $99 automatically applied service fee. I can understand the labor charge, but the $99 service fee seems unreasonable for a warrant repair.

I had a great experience. I had gotten a quote from another company that they had quoted me over $3000 more than custom air quoted me. I felt they were honest and fair with their pricing and work. They were very fast and efficient.

The entire process of a new HVAC was fast and easy. They patiently answered all of my questions. The work was done on time and done well. They were also the best price.

Everyone at Custom Air was a really nice person and a consummate professional. When our furnace broke down, they sent someone on the same day for assessment. Then, a couple days later, the team stopped in for the equipment install. The technicians are direct employees and get paid on an hourly basis, so there was never any nonsense or upselling to exploit our wallets. Just friendly and efficient service, at a price we found acceptable. Thanks, Custom Air! We hope to never need you again, but if we do, we know who to call.

I had a brand new AC and furnace installed and they did a great job. Very professional, fair price, and did all in one day. I would definitely recommend them.

Really happy with the whole experience of getting an entire HVAC system installed. Scott was great on the front end, no high pressure, just very informative, laid back and knowledgeable. He provided different price options and features and provided a quote that was reasonably priced and did not go over the agreed amount. As far as the installation went, Corey and Justin were fantastic, on time, friendly, very professional and got right to work. I took the day off to observe and occasionally pepper them with questions, and they both were very patient and helpful in answering them. True professionals. All three of them also were conscious of wearing masks when talking to me and were respectful of my home while in it. After the install, they both took the time to explain everything about the system and thermostat, and answering even more of my questions. They also completed the job within the time frame Scott had estimated, allowing me to plan the day. Then Mary, on the back end was also very helpful in getting my inspection with the City scheduled the next day (and passed). From beginning to end, the entire experience was wonderful, and greatly appreciated. My new system is working like a charm, just in time for August! I highly recommend Custom Air and will be using them again for another project I have in the future for sure. Thanks!
