I have select for my home warranty they had this company come to my home. After the tech looked at my unit he automatically recommended replacement of our ac unit and furnace as our home is all electric and this was based off of a plate cover missing. Never did he use any equipment to determine the reason the ac unit was not working. Since then I've had another company come out and advise that plate had nothing to do with that ac unit working the motor and compressor are bad but my warranty company denied my claim for this reason. Thanks for nothing.
