Had Justin Smith out to the house because our water pressure was low. He's installing a new pressure tank in a few days! I had a phenomenal experience with Muetzel Plumbing! I live in an older victorian home and needed a valve replaced on an old galvanized pipe along with additional work to bring our main water line up to code. I had six plumbers come out to look at the job and half of them refused because they didn't think they would be able to do it successfully and risk having to replace our entire water line. Two different Plumbers recommended I called Meutzel for such a tricky job. They came out same day, Sean the Plumbing Service Manager was very knowledgable and went above and beyond even reaching out to the city inspector himself to make sure everything was copacetic before beginning the work and patiently answered all of my questions. Steve the Plumber was scheduled to do the work and he was EXCELLENT. He arrived a few minutes early, had all the tools & materials that were needed and gave me a step by step breakdown of what he planned to do before starting the work. He completed the job without any issues and even finished in a shorter period of time than was quoted. Steve was professional, knowledgable, and honest throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Steve in the future and highly recommend him for any complex plumbing work! Thank you again Steve!

I work for a commercial facility in Columbus oh and I use Muetzel for all my HVAC and Plumbing. Have to say I give the company 5 stars because they treat my company as a priority and will always arrive early or right on time. Nick is one of the best techs there so if you use them. Ask for Nick.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Nick Agriesti from Muetzel on many occasions, he’s dealt with many issues, always well, involving commercial FCU’s, AHU,s, RCH’s, and our chiller/boiler environmental system. Always shows up with a smile and teaches me a little while he fixes things always end up happy with Nick and Muetzel!

The customer service at Muetzel plumbing is great. Each year we get a lovely gift of cheese, which is both unexpected and adored at the same time. A+ response from a great company that values your business.

I called Muetzel to come out and give me a quote to install two new toilets and check a 15 yr old hot water tank. I suspected the tank was not operating properly and Muetzel confirmed that it would be better to replace it than repair. They said they could do the work in the next couple of weeks.

The property was vacant but due to a family medical emergency, I explained to Kyle, the technician, that I needed the work done as soon as possible. He went out to his truck and made calls to confirm that the items needed for the work were available, gave me a written quote and said they could do the job in four days. I really appreciate the concern they showed to get the job done for my family.

They are not only good plumbers, but caring people.
