Swartz Air

We were recommended to get a quote from Swartz Air for an air conditioner and furnace replacement, and after meeting with Charlie, we knew that we shouldn't look any further. Charlie walked us through all of the details in the replacement process and explained everything in terms we could understand. Charlie's team was out installing yesterday, and they were outstanding. During testing, they found a manufacturer's component defective, and Charlie was out immediately with a new component, and repaired it within 5 minutes. They retested to ensure everything was perfect with the installation. Everything is so quiet with the new system. We will be calling on them for regular maintenance, and any other work we need done. Furnace died Friday evening on November 27, 2020 (Thanksgiving weekend). My furnace of 22 years years could not be repaired and I was in need of a new unit. Charlie Swartz was the first to arrive on Saturday morning to assess the situation (I had a total of 4 companies come out). Not only was he the best price out of everyone but he could install the new unit the quickest.

His team arrived this morning (Tuesday December 1, 2020) and did a fantastic job on the install. Extremely polite, friendly and courteous. Left the job site looking just as clean as it did when they arrived. The new unit is working wonderfully and my house is already back up to normal temperatures 3 hours after turning it on.

Logan A/C and Heat Services and Columbus Worthington Air are fine companies; however, you are going to pay A LOT more if you go with them. If you are in need of reliable and cost effective HVAC services; call Swartz Air.

Charlie was a great tech. On time, very neat and clean work area. My new AC is so quiet I cant even hear it! Need HVAC help call these guys!
