Truckers if coming to this location follow signs for the warehouse it's in the back of the building. It has overnight parking if u have a early load in the am just back in to receiving open doors n put paper in the back the receiving guy told me back up to dock if overnight parking they knock on door in morning. *Just respect the property don't mess it up for all of us.* only 2 docks one for shipping n one for receiving. Nice staff in receiving

The training room and facility are great. Kim took care of all the food and drinks and made the training class run smoothly. Probably one of the nicer distributor buildings I've been in. If you are a Trane dealer in the Midwest DSO, you should come attend the classes here. Especially the ones from BDR!

My customer purchased a 15 ton package unit in October 2019. December of 2019 blower motor and wheel had to be replaced. Now in January of 2020 blower shaft and bearings need replaced. We are told that it will take 3 weeks to get the parts. The customer has to pay for the warranty parts and then be reimbursed at a later date. I will never recommend trane equipment. I will tell anyone who is buying new equipment about this experience.
