    We had some noises that were abnormal and were worried about our furnace. They sent a tech out right away and the furnace is operating fine. The tech was great. Everyone at All Aire has always been very responsive and caring about our concerns. We have been with them for years and will continue to be with them. Thank you for your great service.

    All Aire has always done a great job on everything they have ever worked on for me. I’ve had them install a full heating and ac system. I’ve had them move a heater. And repair multiple different units through the years. They have always been punctual, do a great job, and always been very fair on the bill. Just a great company to deal with.

    Can’t thank your team enough! I needed a furnace replacement as well as some additional duct work installed, and they were quick to schedule and gave a great price for it, too! (They beat out the competitor quote by >$1k while also providing a higher efficiency furnace.)

    Jamie and Chester were phenomenal and even took the time to teach me a little bit more about my new furnace and the duct work.

    Will definitely be a returning customer!

    This company has done multiple installs for me. The first few jobs were good without any issues. However there last 3 installs have been terrible. I had to hire a company to fix All Aires work. I spoke to the company and they suggested I put a split system in my home after thier original system was put in poorly. I literally have 6 vents in a 12×12 bedroom and none in the bedroom across hall. Home failed inspection and I had to pay another company to reroute ducts properly. Didn't need a split system, just needed an hvac company to do the job right. Not only did all aire not honor thier warranty, they could care less. Everyone makes mistakes, just fix them and move on. These people dont. Would not suggest this company to anyone.

    Came out within a week to give estimate, and again less than 4 days after calling to have actual work done. Took 2 days, to have full replacement vents and duct work, heater replaced, and ac installed. Super affordable, and workers were nice/professional. Highly recommended for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

    My 80 year old father had his furnace fail. He called Logan and they came out and gave him a quote on a new furnace and new whole house AC (which he does not currently have) for approximately $13,000. On my friend Justin's suggestion, I had my father contact Mike at All Aire for a quote and they are able to provide similar service at almost HALF the cost!
    Thank you so much Mike and the All Aire team for NOT trying to rip-off my 80y/o father and thanks to Justin S. for the recommendation!
    All Aire will be out tomorrow (NEXT DAY SERVICE!) to replace my father's failed furnace and will be scheduling the new AC install for May. Could not be happier with their dedication to customer service and affordable prices, I HIGHLY Recommend MIKE and the ALL AIRE team!

    I called to get an estimate for replacing our AC unit because it is quite old and it came with the house that we moved into in the fall. I did receive my estimate, butMbut let me know that he had actually replaced a really bad air filter and that I shouldn't need to replace my unit. This was above and beyond customer service and I really appreciated the honesty. We certainly will be going with this company when we choose to eventually replaced our unit.

    All Aire pricing was fair. However; the service, the actual service was incomplete. Moreover I was not afforded the opportunity to voice my issue as a customer to rectify the problem. Instead of hearing my concerns as a customer, addressing my concerns as a customer, to allow us to do further business in the immediate and future, staff was overly eager to get paid than complete the work and develop future business for the company.

    Which is sad because AllAire is a small business I was referred to. We chose to go outside the more established heating and air companies to support small business and our business was marginalized.

    Someone in management could have stepped up and stepped in. Instead the ball dropped and we have no other choice but to take our business elsewhere where customer service is a premium.

    Terrible communication. Outright lies. Unprofessional customer service. My property management uses this company, they struggle in all of the same ways. Would never recommend ALL AIRE to anyone.
