From initial phone contact to installation took less than a week. They removed and replaced the old furnace, and installed central air in an older house that never had it before. The entire installation took less than eight hours. I can't say enough about the field engineers. They're the best

Great service. Water heater needed to be replaced, they were able to come out quickly and at a much better price than other plumbers. The installers were quick and professional. Very happy with the service.

Terry did an amazing job fixing a leak in my bathroom. I have an older home and it's always a challenge to get things fixed correctly. Glad he was able to get everything fixed quickly and kept me informed along the way.

Had 5 Star out to do my plumbing check which is included in my Gold maintenance package. Giovanni was great! He explained everything he was doing and let me know what to watch for etc. Have always had fantastic service! 5 Star replaced our sump pump and furnace and a/c last year.

I wanted to upgrade to a 15 seer unit instead of the 13 seer I was quoted and Christian in the office did the upgrade for the same quote! He was thorough, professional and gave us assurance our system is in good shape. He gave us good hints for getting the most from our system and other helpful information. He was personable, articulate, and we feel in good hands with 5 Star.
