Kirkwood Heating and Cooling

Had an issue with my furnace, and called Kirkwood up (they installed the furnace in my home a few years before I moved in, and the previous owner was thrilled with their service). Their technician Doug came out to my home and was very professional, knowledgeable, and got my furnace issue resolved quickly. He took the time and care to help me understand what had happened and what to watch out for in the future. These guys provide great service at a fair price, and I will be recommending them to others. I have to give a major things to Mr. Kirkwood and his staff. It is currently -7° right now, and with the help of Mr. Kirkwood, I was able to fix an elderly veterans furnace.

The simple part that I needed I could not get from my wholesaler until Wednesday and no other company would sell me the part or could get out to service until the following Tuesday.

Today, Mr. Kirkwood put people before pennies serving his community and sold me the part that I needed to fix this gentleman’s furnace. This gentleman and myself are grateful to the Kirkwood, heating and air-conditioning company for coming through when people needed the most.

Upon recommendation from a close friend, I contacted Kirkwood regarding an AC repair (fan not working on AC unit). Kirkwood was very responsive and at my house the next morning. A survey of my system, which was working when they arrived, indicated that the fan was going bad and would need replaced eventually. Since it was working, we decided to see how long it lasted. It lasted 24 hours. Contacted Kirkwood once again. Knowing our system was almost 23 years old, my wife and I decided to have both the AC and furnace replaced. Kirkwood came back out and installed a new AC and furnace in a professional and timely manner. Throughout the entire process, the employees were professional and respectful to us and our home. I would highly recommend Kirkwood Heating and Cooling to my friends and family. My wife and I are very pleased.

We had a leak in our AC and Kirkwood explained all of our options thoroughly. We decided on a total replacement and the entire process couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Every member of the staff was professional, highly knowledgeable, and were great to work with. The installation was explained in detail before the install and the technicians completing the installation did very neat work, worked very quickly, and did a fantastic job. No products or replacements were ever pushed, but everything was explained in detail so we could make the best decisions for our situation. We cannot recommend Kirkwood enough!

The guys from Kirkwood were very professional, cordial, and clean. They installed our heat pump and furnace in one day along with a new programable thermostat. There was a non functioning humidifier in the old furnace that was installed years ago. They installed a new humidifier and humidistat. Before leaving, they went over all of the controls of the programable thermostat and humidistat that we'll use in the winter. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again for service. These guys are top notch and very meticulous. Thanks guys!

An excellent crew to work with. I have worked with Brad and his crew professionally and have now had them install a new system at my home. The experience was as I expected. Everyone was professional. They were able to make our old duct system perform better than it had been with the old furnace. We went with a new Lennox system and heat pump and I couldn't be happier.

Kirkwood had the best quote of 3 businesses I interviewed. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job of installing ductwork and new a/c unit and high efficiency gas furnace. I just had Kirkwood Heating &Cooling install a new central air system, relocate thermostat and do additional sheet metal work. They did an outstanding job and both of their servicemen working on my system were very polite, informative and clean. They made sure all was explained to me and respectful of our furnishings.

I have used Kirkwood for several years now for both my home and some rental properties. Brad (owner) has always been easy to reach and personally oversees the work that is done by his technicians. All of the work has been great and they have done everything from regular service to complete replacement of furnace / ac units for me. Very fair on pricing and good honest advice on what your HVAC equipment needs. If you want a quality job at a fair price he's your guy!
