Mike was a life-saver! Very appreciative of his willingness to come to our house on Christmas Day. Mike responded promptly and helped troubleshoot via text but since the furnace was still not working properly he came to our house and resolved the issue. Temps were below zero outside and very cold inside the house. Mike went above and beyond any of our expectations.

I can't say enough great things about Tyler and his service. A friend of mine works for this company and I trust him so I had them out for service. Mind you this was after two other companies had been out. The first one was just for a tune up, but he I believe to drum up business for his company sabotaged my system. A few days after the tune up my AC went out completely. Another company who my home warranty company sent out came out and was price gauging essentially. Fast forward to today with Furnace Guys. Tyler explained everything he was doing, what the pricing was going to be, and most importantly didn't talk down to me like the others had. I appreciate an HONEST company that cares about the customer. Thank you!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Michael Blount and his company for three years. He was able to assist us with repairing and refurbishing our older fuel oil boiler in our country home when no other company would do so or even knew what to do - they were all instead recommending costly upgrades and replacements. Mike has years of expertise, and a passion for the industry, including superior knowledge about boilers. We have been so happy with our radiant heat and our little beast of a boiler, which also provides our hot water, and very grateful for Mike's patience, professionalism, expertise and ethical treatment of us as customers. Have him come out every year for the annual service. Wouldn't have any other company - love Mike and Shannon, and very grateful for their service!

We had a heating emergency and they were able to squeeze us in just a couple hours after I made the call. Tyler showed up and diagnosed for about half the day before letting us know the heat exchanger (and probably the whole furnace depending on how much it was it would likely be just as worth it) and knocked off about half of his hourly rate. Will use them again.

We have seriously had only the best customer service experiences. We started using them almost 8 years ago shortly after we moved into our first home. They were honest, helpful and very affordable. Now we are in our 3rd home with 3 children and I still use them. Still honest, helpful and affordable and love that it's a family oriented company. Thanks Furnace Guys
