Tom & Jerry's Plumbing Electric Heating Air Conditioning

Called June 6, 2023 to get our all house generator, which Tom and Jerry’s installed, routine serviced. Was told someone would contact me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. Nothing. Called back on June 19th to see what was up. Was told we really do not schedule things (????) because we are never quite sure what we will have each day but someone should contact me in the next couple of days. It is now 4 days later, nothing. We are going to a different company.

I cannot comment on their work because well, it never happened. Not being attentive to a product they sold and installed, Big red flag to us. I hope everyone else has a much better experience.

Oh, during this time they have driven by our house multiple times doing work at the house down the street?? Guess it was not scheduled just good fortune for the neighbors…

Had a spigot freeze and burst a pipe on my house late at night. Called the next morning and they had it fixed just hours later despite being swamped with other work. Very happy with the service they provided

They do a great job taking care of any issues that we have at our church.

My home warranty company assigned a work order to this company for heating repairs, they NEVER even contacted me! I called one time to follow up and the receptionist that answered their phone was nothing but extremely rude! She said she could not tell me when they could come out and look at the unit, she only took messages for her boss. While I was still talking to her, she straight hung up on me! I would NEVER use this company and needless to say, my home warranty company has thankfully assigned a new heating and a/c company.....

So far they've been good to work with on building a home then being the plumbing contractor.

Had a plumbing emergency when a pipe fixture broke, slowly flooding our basement. Dan arrived WITHIN AN HOUR of my call to my rural location. He was courteous, professional and had the issue repaired inside of an hour. Highly recommended, thanks again.

After multiple attempts to get ahold of the company with no returned calls or ignored calls. Had to contact my home warranty to request a new contractor. Was told by warranty that they could not service my furnace. If this is the case they shouldn't be excepting contracts from the warranty company.

Had a Warranty on something they installed and they told me I had to pay still on it being replaced. Terrible service and Terrible Management.
