Heating and Cooling Part and Service Center

I've had my AC freeze twice on me in the last couple weeks. Decided to make some calls Saturday night to some local contractors to come have it serviced and this company was out by 8AM Sunday morning. Our tech, Steve, showed up very professional and within 20 minutes everything was fixed and completed. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional and never hesitated to answer my questions. Fantastic experience with this company.

Came home to no heat and an outside temp in the 20's. Self diagnosed that the blower motor had gone bad. Called them and they had me fixed the next morning as the part was not in stock. Fair price and great service....

Rarely am I ever impressed with a contractor or repair company; I am with this one. I am a DIYer but diagnosing a variable speed ECM motor was a little intimidating. I contacted the original installer of my air handler to no avail and I wish I would have contacted this company instead from the start. Stephanie was a wonderful help and gave me a quote on a new motor from Trane and explained how their warranty process worked and also what my option were. Their website will be bookmarked permanently in my browser. Thank you so much!

After determining I needed a new relay for my furnace, I was advised I would hear back from them no later than 9am the next morning as to when they would return to install the part. I spoke to a person in the office the next day and was advised the same thing. It’s two days later, no one is answering the phone and it’s very cold!! Very unprofessional!!

Wow! Tech met me at the store within 20 minutes of my call on a sunday so i could get a part for my AC unit. So very impressive that a business would be willing to provide that level of service.

Hours are not correct. I've yet to drive by when it's open. Usually the parking lot is blocked by a gate. I called and left a voicemail asking for a part that never was never returned.
