We worked with Ian today and had a great experience. As someone who runs a 68yr old roofing business, I have to say I was impressed with the communication, the quality of work done, attention to detail, and keeping us informed. Not to mention when I see a 180k vacuum truck with two technicians in my driveway that showed up 10min early, I know I’m getting what I paid for! After seeing the before and after of our cold air returns that Ian showed me we’ll certainly be recommending McAfee to our friends/family and I’ll even recommend to my customers, as we get a lot of asks.

This company is top notch! very professional, friendly and willing to educate their customers on their new equipment. they also offer the Omega plan where I will pay a monthly fee and they will take care of everything else including replacing my furnace when needed. I will never have a large furnace or air conditioner price again! 5/9- today, Logan and Ian came to my home and cleaned out my ducts. they were professional all the way through. they explain things to us, they were friendly, and they even helped me find my cat when she ran off and hiding. McAfee has the best customer service. I won't go anywhere else! thank you Logan and Ian for a job well done!

I was desperate to fix our ac which failed during the air quality and heat issues. McAfee was the only one who got back to me quickly and had everything installed and fixed within a week - which included a holiday. Joe and Andrew were the installers and did an awesome job even though the weather wasn't great. So appreciative to them!

I cannot say enough good things about McAfee! They have performed near miracles for our church and the parish office, which are separate buildings. They do so much more than just install the equipment - they really educate you, and make you feel like you are part of a team trying to make the best decision for you and your needs. I have had the opportunity to work with many of their skilled employees, and I can tell you that every single one has been friendly, helpful, and diligent. Besides repairs to our existing HVAC, they also were essential to a long and troubled (not because of them) procedure of installing heat pumps into our historical church, and the end result was successful and beyond our wildest dreams!

Please rethink before calling McAfee Heating and Air. My AC unit stop working on Tuesday night and I called to use my $13/month subscription to have them come look at it. I appreciate the fact that the technician came out the same day I called but that is where any type of good service ended. All I wanted was for the AC to be repaired, but before checking anything or assessing the problem the technician said our unit was too old, any tools or parts he had would not work, and it needed to be replaced. When my husband told him we would not be buying a new unit through their company and would like him to see what the repair cost would be (a new AC is not needed), he immediately had an attitude. He appeared to lack the ability and desire to do even an adequate evaluation. Told us it needed 2 lbs of coolant and probably had a leak. His solution was to fill the 2lbs of coolant at a cost of $400.00 and come back out in two weeks to see how much was left (causing another service charge and possibly another charge for coolant). When my husband asked if he had preformed a leak test the tech was rude when answering when a simple “no” would have worked. The tech was asked to leave due to the unwillingness to do any actual work or explanation of the actual cause of the problem. We then called another company who came out, did a routine clean and removed the dead animal that had fried itself while chewing on a wire. It was explained to us from the new company that our unit was in good working order (minus the rodent) and did not in fact have any type of leak. The new company did say that we need to cover the unit in the off months and have it cleaned yearly. If the tech that came out first from McAfee Heating and Air would have been more of service man than a salesperson, you may not have lost a customer. As of today, we have cancelled our monthly subscription with you and will not be referring your company or services to anyone.

A great experience at all levels. Competitive prices, great prompt service. Had a question about our new thermostat; ashley set up a prompt service call. Chaz and Clint walked us through the process patiently and professionally. Installers and salesperson very nice and professional as well.

We have used McAfee twice for air duct cleaning, once for AC repair and once for a new furnace. Their prices are competitive and they do an amazing job. All of the techs we have worked with are very friendly and professional. We feel heard and respected as a customer. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

McAfee installed new HVAC system. Added new supply and return ducts. Overall went great. Michael F. had to return to finish some cosmetic work. Michael is an absolutely fantastic technician! Knowledgeable and personable. Very professional. He is an incredibly talented and dedicated person. I would highly recommend McAfee and their team!

As usual when in trouble call McAfee in Beavercreek. The repairman (Ben M) called and let me know of his arrival, on time, and was thorough in his check of my system. He showed me the part to be replaced and explained why. Always courteous and clean he did his work quickly. I have never regretted having my system installed by McAfee and will always return for maintenance. A trusted company with trustworthy people!

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning the weekend before the 4th of July. James arrived at our home in less than 30 minutes!!! He was very professional and informative! Our AC is working great now! Thanks so much!
