Cook’s installed central AC and a new furnace in our new home late last year and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do it. Responsive, professional service helped us out in a pinch. Our furnace gave out and created a safety issue in the dead of winter with a cracked heat exchanger. Cook’s was able to turn it right around and get us a new furnace, heat pump, and high tech thermostat in an immediate turnaround at a great price. Saved us, and now the place heats better and we’re saving money.

Our furnace went out on Veterans day. All repair companies were closed. I remember Rolly Cook installed our air conditioner 2 years ago. I gave him a call. He was more than happy to come and see what the problem was. Turns out it was the motherboard was going bad. He had a replacement board the next day. The cost for parts and labor we're very reasonable. In the future I will not hesitate to call Rolly on any heating or cooling problems. I can't thank him enough.
