Couldn’t ask for better service from the beginning Kyle Beck never pushed the product on me and sold me what I wanted. Definitely explained in very good detail about the difference in products. Always gave a call back when needed whenever I had a question.
Workers came on time. Got installation done very fast in at 8 AM and out at 1 pm. Installation guys were great informed me of everything that was going on walk me through everything very pleased, and would highly recommend them.

USA Heating and Cooling was such a pleasure to work with. Kyle came out the next day to do an estimate and gave us the estimate the very next day. They are all knowledgeable and do not pressure you into making decisions you do not want to make. They came and installed a new air handler, heat pump, and humidifier, and cleaned uo everything afterwards. I would recommend anyone to USA Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.

I will forever use USA heating and cooling. Kyle and his team provided professional support, quick diagnosis, and repair that got our house heating system up and running in the dead of winter. We originally called another service in Marion and they insisted it was OK but yet my house would not heat. Thankfully, I decided to call Kyle and his team at USA heating and cooling. They correctly and quickly diagnosed the control panel was not properly defrosting our system and fixed it the next day. USA heating and cooling are professionals and punctual. Highly reccomend all marion households to give USA heating and cooling the first call for any HVAC needs.

Kyle was the person I talked to on the phone when my furnace went out last Saturday. Kyle was very friendly and scheduled a tech to come out asap. My furnace is older and needed a specific part ordered, but Brian the technician found the problem in only 10 minutes. The part came in 1 day and Brian fixed it in just a few minutes. Brian was fast and efficient, which is awesome when you're paying by the hour. The bill was much lower than I expected and I would 100% call these guys again and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Everyone at USA was very knowledgeable. Kyle was very easy to work with to get the correct system ordered and financing done. The installation was fast and the installers showed me what I needed to know to use my new system and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was reasonable and 0% interest was great. I have no regrets about hiring them and no reservations about recommending USA.

Just wanted to take a moment and give some credit to the staff at USA Heating & Cooling. I called in this morning with some questions about my heat pump. I recently moved into my home and had never owned a heat pump before. I wasn't sure exactly how the system worked. I spoke to a gentleman named Kyle. Despite not being a previous customer of theirs, Kyle took time out of his day to answer all of my questions and provide insight on some frequently asked questions they receive on the subject for future reference. I am now much more comfortable with my system. Thank you, Kyle for being polite and professional. I will surely be calling USA in the future with any HVAC needs I may have.

The guys at USA Heating & Cooling did a great job with the new furnace and ac this past Fall. It's been 2 months and everything's running smooth. In the consult they thoroughly explained all the options up front and offered some great advice - weren't trying to sell me more than I needed. During the installation they patiently dealt with Delaware county's strict inspections & schedule as well as met some extra requests I made. Kyle Beck and his team provided quick and professional service to my parents when their AC was having problems. The team was responsive in getting the appointment scheduled and arrived on time. Unfortunately their AC and furnace needed to be replaced. The quote provided was very fair. The team came and replaced the units and did a wonderful job.
