Hadi fixed our top of the line carrier overly complicated heater, without any parts, overcharging or run around. He left saying if there is anymore problems he will take care of it, i no longer get emails threw the night about the system throwing error codes ect. He seemed to know how to fix it the first time. Very trustworthy.

Super impressed, were able to send a tech same day for a affordable price. Mike the technician took his time to go over my exhaustive list of concerns and explained everything in great detail. The front office did a great job of following up with my additional requirements and concerns with prompt follow up and communications. Its hard to find honest contractors these days. I would definitely recommend H & M and will use them for all my future projects.

They came out the day after Xmas, late in the afternoon and fixed our furnace - no charge (another company had tried to fix it a few days before Xmas but their fix didn't last). Have used them for service since that first visit and they are always straight forward with diagnostic findings and options. When it comes time to replace our system, we will choose H&M!

My AC stopped working Saturday, not a problem, we had a cooler weekend. I called Monday morning, Tim got me scheduled that afternoon! AJ was my Technician, he was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. AJ repaired my AC with parts they normally carry within an hour. I'm a happy customer, and would recommend H & M Heating & Cooling to my friends or family.

As I have an older HVAC unit, I have had need to contact H&M a couple of times. Each time, my unit has been repaired quickly and for a reasonable cost. That said, not once have I felt pressured to upgrade. I will definitely contact them again for any and all future HVAC needs (including the upgrade when I decide the time is right). Thanks AJ!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with AJ for a new AC and furnace install. My previous AC unit and furnace were almost 30 years old.
My main concerns going into the project were a loud return vent near my TV area, an addition to my house not being cool enough, and overall coolness/comfort.
The latter two concerns were completed 100% to my satisfaction, but let me elaborate more on the first one (loud return vent) as this was where AJ and H&M really shined.
After the install, the vent was relatively loud. AJ reached out to me first and asked if everything went smoothly. I brought up the vent and they wanted to put in a fourth return near the furnace/blower to lessen the noise. They offered to do this at an extremely discounted rate. After the fourth return vent didn’t make much of a difference on the noise, AJ reached out to me again. He offered to come out himself and add some air restricters in the duct. Although this didn’t fix it either, I couldn’t fault AJ one bit. He also offered to replace the vent grills free of charge. The challenge was that on the other side of this vent was the whole furnace/blower so the space to cut down the noise was extremely small. He offered to completely block off the vent, but I decided I’d rather be cool and deal with the noise.
I got quotes from H&M, Detmer, AAbel, and McAfee. The sales person from AAbel stuck out to me. He said they had 4 teams of installers(24 total installers) and it would take less than a week to get the day for the install scheduled. The guy from AAbel drove up in a shiny new truck and he had an iPad where he worked up the quote right in front of me in less than five minutes. It was like he was all he was doing is checking boxes while not really addressing my concerns. During the appointment, he sent me an email with the contract and said, “as soon as you sign the contract, an email will be sent to my customer service team where they’ll reach out to schedule an appointment with you.” What I’m trying to get is that all these shiny bells and whistles(systems, iPads, new trucks) are overhead of the business that you’re paying for. Compare this with AJ who drove a truck that was a little worse for wear, who assessed my current concerns and took 15-20 minutes to work up the contract (on paper) in his truck, who offered to come out himself to fix the return, who made a visit to my house 3-4 times throughout the process, who didn’t have a customer service team, who made himself available via text message which made for extremely personable and easy interactions, and who was my sole point of contact throughout the process and was always ready to answer questions and quell my concerns. I think if I had signed with AAbel that I would’ve ever seen the sales person again.
Additionally, my last AC unit was a 2 ton unit. Out of all the quotes I received, AJ was the only one to recommend a 2 1/2 ton. I firmly believe that no other company recommended a 2 1/2 ton because they thought it wouldn’t be competitive quote and they all told me it would create a cellar effect (cold but damp). I brought this up with AJ and he assured me a 2 1/2 ton wouldn’t create a cellar effect. Out of the other three, only one recommended an additional return which I believe was the solution to my addition of the house being cool enough.
To sum it up, if you want extremely great customer service, pick H&M. If you want to deal with a sales person and company who treats you as a person, and not just a sale or a number, use H&M and tell AJ I sent you!

My wife and I noticed a high pitched tone from our A/C Unit for a few days and had them come out. Their technician was prompt, professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately and get a replacement part in which solved the problem and it hasn’t acted up since. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs

I called H&M when I needed repairs on my air unit. Responded same day and was able to diagnose and fix my broken unit immediately. AJ was the service technician and I couldn’t of asked for a more knowledgeable and professional person. I will definitely be using H&M for all my heating and air needs.

Our furnace went out two weeks ago, I called H&M and they came out that day to give me a free estimate - 24 hours later I had a brand new furnace, not to mention they helped me with financing. Its good to know that places like this still exist, I would recommend H&M to anyone.

My husband and I would have the same problem every winter with furnace. The flame would not stay on. We tried several companies and every time they said they fixed it. A month later right back to where we started. When the service tech from H&M came out he finally fixed it!! We have not had a single problem with the flame since. That was 2 winters ago!
