Excellent service from the original quote by Mike to the excellent installation team. Everything was completely spelled out and professionally done. I did have some questions a few days after the install and they sent out a tech right away to check the system and explain some of the features that I wasn't quite clear on. (Never had a 2 stage furnace before) I highly recommend this company!

Good honest old fashioned help. I called to make an appt. due to furnace wasn’t working. Thermostat read zero, changed batteries and thermostat read fine but furnace still not working. I explained I had a home inspection yesterday and they freely advised I check a door switch. THAT WAS IT. I probably should have known this but didn’t. No charge. Blind and son dwanted 150 up front to diagnose and would give me zero arrival time window with no heat on. Thanks again!!!!

I had Custom Comfort install a new furnace after our old unit broke down. I was very impressed with their communication, punctuality and professionalism. After that good experience I had them replace our old a/c this year and couldn't have been happier with the work they did. Their tech Derek is great as well.

We recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Skip and Mike from Custom Comfort Heating and Cooling, The installers were on time and very friendly and courteous. They worked non-stop and had our furnace and air conditioning installed in a matter of hours. They laid down floor coverings and cleaned up before they left. Thanks guys awesome job at a great price.

Had our a/c go out on Saturday. Called 4 different companies. One had 24/7 service but no One working this weekend. Other 2 didn't call back till Monday am. Called Custom Comfort Heating and a person answered and said a technician would call back in about half hour. Hunter called back within that time and said he would be there in half hour. Looked and found out the control board was out and no way to fix that day. Said would get part and fix Monday. He did what he said and now furnace cooling house down. Great company to get your job done. Very happy. Good job Hunter.

Contacted Custom Comfort Heating &Cooling today due to my furnace failing to turn on. Being a first time customer, I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my call. The technician making the house call, Derek, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his assessment and diagnosis of the problem. He got me up and running.

Custom Comfort, Fixed our heat!

We woke up to a frozen house on one of the coldest days of this year. Our relatively new furnace (installed by a different company) was not working. After several hours of tinkering I finally gave up and called Custom Comfort. They are just a few miles away and I drive by their shop daily, I did not compare prices or interview companies the selection process was not sophisticated. Turns out that was ok, because Custom comfort had a service tech out within 30min of my call. While not overly talkative he clearly knew exactly what he was doing, within 15min the furnace was running again!
He explained that he had to retrieve a part to complete the repair, but the heat was on and would function properly. He returned the same day and replaced the part.

Thats 2 trips and parts. The final bill was under $160. Very solid company that I will recommend and use in the future.
