Emch Heating & Air Conditioning

No one has answered. I left two voicemails in four days needing my units looked at and to make sure big enough to have them cut vents in my basement. Now on the hottest day of the year and a roomate with MS the air unit is not working. This issue could have been found had they returned a call and come out to do the insption I wanted done. How do you get a 5 star rating when you cannot even return a call.
