I got a true fridge and warranty through this company . Got water leak inside fridge so I Call them out they found out it was drain line clogged. So I have to pay them . That’s ok
But they only here for 30minutes
And they charged me for 1.5 hours labor plus trip charge . The guy told me I have to pay him $112 per hour to drive to here plus trip charge

Technicians take time to explain what is happening with the equipment, what needs to be done and why. Competitive pricing but they excel at the level of service.

Most reliable company out there. The professionalism is out of this world. The quality of work is superb. These guys just get the job done and they get it done correctly. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I was employed at Strause Refrigeration for 6 years and only left because I retired. I enjoyed my time there and the owners were professional but kind and caring. Their concern for both employees and customers made for a very good work environment.

I ordered a part for a commercial refrigerator. As it was for a non-profit facility they gave us a much better deal on the part. Thanks!
